+ -1 moreThe owner was the one doing the job. He had zero respect for our house or yard. Damaged our garage door and the rock on our house. He cleaned his buckets out on our lawn. He didn’t have the proper equipment so he got concrete dust on all my outdoor furniture (he didn’t even give me a chance to move it) he also asked me to open the garage and then he forgot to close it and got dust all over in my garage. He also got sealer all over my stucco. We had to rent equipment for him and then he broke the equipment. He asked to be paid before the job was finished & when we didn’t, he got belligerent. He’s terrible!! Do not hire.

Description of Work: Concrete surface staining and sealing. Material started pealing off within 2 weeks. He did return to look at it and said he would have to redo as he had no idea what went wrong. He returned a year later to redo and wanted an extra $5,000 to do it. No explanation why I should pay for the redo. Only that he was broke. AVOID AT ALL COST.

+ -1 moreDid what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it. I was under a time crunch and he came thru. I had other bid the job under same conditions and they showed up to look at it 2-3 weeks later, after the job was completed by Assured. Very happy with results compared to several of my neighbors.

+ -1 moreThey were very sloppy and got solutions on everything including the plants and caused them to die. They performed inferior work. We were told they must have diluted the products they used.
Description of Work: He repaired the cracks and leveled the driveway. Also, sealed and recoated. This included a three car garage, shuffle board pad, a turn around in the front of house, RV driveway and two patios, one enclosed and one outside.
