 + -1 moreHe immediately knew what the problem was. We had to wait a couple of days for the part to arrive, but then he returned and fixed the refrigerator. He saved me the cost of a new refrigerator. He was good to work with and kept me informed of timing as we waited for the part.

 + -1 moreAppliance Value responded to our request for service with same-day service. Ultimately Jose saved us the cost of a new dryer. We were very pleased with his work.
Description of Work: Our Maytag dryer had a broken door switch. Maytag discontinued the replacement part and Jose was able to locate a part to repair it. He also did a complete maintenance on the dryer.
