Prestige Carpet and Tile Care

OK, so a year ago we had some carpet cleaning company that was recommended by our property manager at the time (he's since been replaced) clean the carpets in our 2300 sq. ft. rental house in Hurricane. They seemed to do an OK job, but we had no idea how inadequate they really were until this year when we got a different recommendation from our Hurricane-based realtor. She recommended Prestige Carpet and Tile company. They work out of St. George but pretty much cover all of southern Utah. We made a point of driving up from Vegas on the day they were to do the work, so we could see how good they were. We ended up meeting Brian Blair, the owner, who did the work himself out of a massive truck/trailer rig. As he got to work I watched like a hawk when he got to the worst sections of the light cream-colored carpet where all the traffic marks were. Lo and behold, even the worst areas came incredibly clean after just two passes with the huffing and puffing steamy gizmo he used. That water/cleaning solution was HOT. I don't remember the carpets being anywhere near this clean last year. I figured that was about as good as it was going to get. Mind you, I don't expect a carpet cleaner to make very light colored carpet look absolutely new, but after seven years of use by the original owners and a year of rental use, I'm amazed at what Brian was able to do. From now on I'm sticking with Brian at Prestige.
