He came in a little later than he had said but we got phone calls from him telling us why so that was no problem. After hearing about what we called him for he went right under the house to take a look. The whole time he was under there he was asking questions and making observations as he went some very humorous (with 50-70 year old plumbing you need a sense of humor). He came out and we talked about what needed to be done and whether I just wanted the leaking pipe fixed or the whole system done new and up to code. My wife and I had already discussed this and since we are always fixing something on this house (as I said its 70 years old) we decided we wanted all the drains replaced and done right. He told me it would be about 1500.00 to do it right but he would try to save me money where he could. We agreed to it and he said he would be down the following wednesday to do it. Unfortunately our town was flooded on that day and he had a bunch of emergencies come up he had to do. Understandable under the circumstances and as I say he called us we never had to go looking for him. Anyway they were there by 8:00 am thursday morning and immediately got busy. My wife said they were done by 1:00 pm. I went home that night after work and checked it out. (First time I ever WANTED to climb under there!) The work was done great and he had even added a new washer drain line we had talked about. The end total price was 1441.00 well worth it for a whole new drain system. Especially after what we had been through with other plumbers. My thanks to Mike and his co-worker on a job well done.
Description of Work: Called him in after I had tried to get 2 other plumbers over to check a leaking pipe. He called right back when we got his voice mail but was out of town that day but would be down the next day.
