We are in the middle of the remodel of a home built in 1978. The HVAC has never been replaced. Before installing new flooring, we decided to replace the entire HVAC system. Ryan (the owner) was willing to meet with us at 8 pm on a Friday evening and scheduled the work for the following Thursday. Our weather has been very cold the last few weeks, and Ryan did as much work as possible the first day - and did not actually replace the upstairs furnace until the following day - just to make sure we didn't go without heat. Once the furnaces were removed, additional plumbing problems were discovered. Ryan was able to bring in a plumber and had the problems corrected (with prior approval from us for the additional cost). The work actually took 3 days. Ryan was friendly and worked was willing to work long days. He also made sure the worksite was clean before leaving each day.
Description of Work: New furnace system (2 - one upstairs, 1 downstairs), new A/C, new water softener.
