+ 0 moreRemodel took much longer than anticipated. Started out strong, became less and less responsive over time. Quality, also, seemed to suffer towards the end. Numerous pieces of the last section of stonework popped off on first wipe-down due to lack of sufficient thinset (see photo) . Had to hire another tile contractor to finish up the last details as the job was left unfinished.

+ -1 moreJensen Tile were very nice, very professional and very prompt. They return phone calls within a reasonable amount of time.
Description of Work: They regrouted the bathtub and replaced tiles and grouted in the shower.
