+ -1 moreOver all the job was installed improperly and has never work correctly in the 6 years we have lived in our home, it will cost an additional 15,000.00 to remove this system and just get our home back to the point we can watch TV without the audio video system
Description of Work: AIS installed a home audio video system in our home the brand is Elan, this system controls all of the audio and video in our home. This system has not ever worked correctly from the time it was installed up to current. The company is not willing to come to the house and make it work properly, there was a point that we had asked them to come and get the equipment and give us only half of what we paid back so we could get a system that worked and they would not even respond to us. This system and company is the single biggest mistake we have ever made in our lives.
