Description of Work: Spring cleaning. First time I called, they actually did a fantastic job and were very professional, but my house was very new and mostly just had a lot of construction dust on everything. Next time I called, the owner took several days to return my call, set up an appointment to go over what I needed, never did show up, and then never returned my call when I left a message inquiring if I might have had the wrong date (which I knew I didn't). So I tried to average my review between the two experiences, but based on the last one, they should all be F's.
