 + 2 moreDwight Bryant, the owner, is a pleasure to work with. He is a licensed general contractor who knows what has to be done, how it should be done and where to get the necessary materials, and he is totally reliable.
Description of Work: Contractor provided all labor and materials to rehabilitate three bathrooms,including repair of water damaged ceiling and re-grouting the shower stall in basement bathroom, installation of a new vent fan, re-painting of vanities in two upstairs bathrooms; he replaced all old angle stops to toilets and sinks throughout the house; change leaky shut off valve and two damaged sprinkers to lawn irrigation system; refinished front entry double doors and side door to residence; filled cracks in foundation wall and finished with dry lock, also in basement window boxes; removed damaged gas barbecue and replaced damaged electrical receptacle in patio area; installed pressure reducing valve on main water supply line to residence; repaired and refinished damaged walk in garage door and car door, and install garage door opener; took up carpet in basement area and cleaned, repaired and leveled areas with deteriorated cement, and replaced carpet; cleaned up as needed.
