They were about 400 more than the other bid, but in talking with them and getting a written quote just made me feel better. The Owner Patrick came out and did the install himself. He had me send him pictures so he knew what I needed and what he would need to do the job. Patrick listened to my plans are goals and made recommendations. Patrick let me hangout and ask questions while he worked. I liked his attention to details an attitude towards customer service. I liked the attention I got as a customer directly from the owner. I will hire them again, maybe not the cheapest but I felt I got my money's worth and a good install.
