Both experiences with this company were great! They were both Saturdays, which I'm sure are always crazy for them, and although these guys were super busy, they got the job done when promised. You can tell they take great pride in their work. They are professional, efficient, and hard working. I recommend this company to anyone who needs help moving! I will use them again and again, if needed in the future.

They showed up on time and started busting as soon as they arrived. We had about 40 boxes and a ton of furniture as well as a small home gym.. It took them about 3 hours to load everything up and we needed up using 1 big truck and 1 small one and 4 guys. They showed up at 9 am and finished unloading right after 4pm, they only took a short lunch break. I was very impressed by their services, they were very fast and efficient, on top of super friendly.. I strongly recommend them and I will use them again if I need to.

Moving crew arrived on time and were professional. Load, move 3 miles and unload took 3.5 hours. We packed boxes ahead of time so every thing was set to go. We will not hesitate to use Red Rock again. Just not too soon, lol.

Moved a 3 bedroom house, the big items of concern were a $3500 fridge a $5000 couch and $2100 washer dryers. All of which were big, heavy, and bulky. These guys moved everything with extreme care. Every once of stress I was feeling from moving was relieved as soon as I saw how they treated the first thing they moved. They put moving blankets in everything and shrink wrapped the moving blankets to the item, instantly I knew I was dealing with professionals that cared about their reputation and my items. By the time the job was done I brought in pizza and gave them a $100 tip for taking such care. Endless thanks guys you rock!

It was great. They were pretty late, but it was a GPS error, which I can blame on technology as it is. I thought they were super affordable. The day I saw the deal I called him and asked him about the area, and he said he was not sure about it being that cheap. I think I scared them. I got two guys for 5 hours. He said if I would have gone longer, it would be $70 per hour, so the $30 I paid per hour was a very good deal. The workers were great, they were careful, and I didn't have any problems.

All went smoothly and they worked very hard. The workers are also very polite and friendly and neat.

Red Rock movers were really great. They were on time, they were careful and did a fantastic job. They were polite and pleasant. My only criticism is that they did not pay close attention to the notations on the boxes of what room to put the boxes in - this was problematic because we had to move a lot of boxes later - which was fairly back breaking.

They were the best movers I have EVER worked with. They were prompt, very efficient, polite and extremely helpful. Everyone involved with this move could not get over how well the move went because of the fine service we received from Red Rock Movers. They were also very helpful with helping people in our party to carry boxes out of their cars into the elevator on the unload portion of the move.

Javier and his crew moved most of the contents of our 5000 sq foot home to our new home a half hour drive away. Temperatures were in the high 90s much of the time, sometimes over 100, but their work and their spirits did not sag. Nothing got broken, or lost, or damaged. Several of the items were large and heavy, e.g., elliptical machine, large cabinets, heavy latex mattress. We only reserved one day, but when it became clear more time would be needed, Javier did not leave us stranded - he arranged for an additional truck and crew and continued on the second day. I would definitely use Red Rock again.

Javier of Red Rock Movers was the first vendor to contact me back to discuss providing a quote. He was courteous, prompt in response, and was upfront with all costs. He and his skilled team was onsite when he told us they would be (11am) and worked all day until 10pm. Javier even brought up 2 additional resources in order to get the job complete. Throughout the day it was obvious that each resource was happy with their job and took great pride in ensuring that quality and care was taken with every item moved. I had the opportunity to ask the team how long they had been working for Javier and was pleased to hear that most of the team had been with them over 3 years. It was obvious that Javier had instilled a great culture and top down leadership role with his staff. Javier and his team made the move as fun as it could be and at the end we capped the night off with beer and pizza. If you care about quality, honesty, and care, then you are great hands with Red Rock Moving.

The process went just as expected - very well! The packing crew of three ladies came 15 minutes early at 8:45 on Tuesday morning. They were Maria, Chely, and one other lady. They went straight to work and had us packed by 2:30 pm. Our move-in date was postponed three times, so our new date was Friday, May 1. Javier said the best he could do to move us in, since around the new month is their busiest time, would be to move us on two evenings, Friday and Saturday. However, at the last minute Javier called and said he could move us all at once on Friday during the day! On Friday morning, 30 minutes early, David and Victor arrived with a truck and began moving us. Then, at 2 pm, Javier, Juan and Alejandro arrived to assist. By 5 pm we were all moved into the new place, and the D.I. donations and trash were gone. Javier and the crew were very efficient, careful, solicitous and personable. Our belongings arrived in great shape, and the crew placed everything where we directed. We would highly recommend Red Rock Movers to anyone needing mover services.

The crew moved our 4700 square-foot home. They did so very carefully and cautiously. They were cheerful and happy and friendly. He worked hard and did a great job. They assembled and disassembled our furniture which was very helpful.

It went great. Javier and his team showed up on time with the perfect size truck for the job. They went straight to work and wrapped everything with blankets and packing wrap. I was't worried about anything being damaged. Nice feeling. They were dressed nicely for movers and it was nice that they did not smell like smokers. Not even sure if they were smokers or not. They laid blankets on the new flooring to prevent anything from marring the surface of the hardwood. Overall very pleased!

Javier and Maria and their respective teams did a terrific job. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. The movers were some of the most careful I've seen in several moves.

We originally planned to have the movers help us only for one afternoon, since we already had everything packed up and ready to go, but we ended up using them for two days. The first day the movers were about 5 hours late because their morning move took much longer than expected--they were supposed to be there at noon but arrived around 5. Communication that day about when the movers would show up could have been better. By the time the movers arrived it had started pouring rain, so loading went much slower and more furniture had to be wrapped. They did this as quickly as possible and without complaining, and the movers were careful. Once the truck was full they drove to the new house and unloaded, leaving behind some lawn furniture and a few boxes that did not fit. Unloading went pretty quickly (with my help) and they movers were very good about not scratching the new hardwood floors and not squashing our children when they got in the way. By the time the movers finished it was very late and they did not want to go back for the rest of the furniture. Their boss said he would send a truck the next morning to finish. We went ahead and paid the men for the work they had done that day. The next day two movers came with a pickup truck and moved the remaining furniture in half an hour and then charged us an additional $150, the minimum daily charge. This struck us as somewhat unfair, since there would have been no need for the extra day if the movers had been on time. We would consider using these movers again, but we'd check out other options, too.

Red rock movers was excellent. I've always moved myself, but didn't have the time for this move. Plus we wanted help packing. Javier sent 3 packers the day before the move who packed up our house in a matter of hours. They didn't break a thing..... not even a delicate wine glass. Javier showed up the next day, on time, even though I changed the start time on him 3 times. Javier and 4 men packed our house into 2 full trucks in 3 hours and we set off for the new house. They wrapped every piece of furniture in quilts and Saran wrap. I haven't found a dent or scratch on anything. They put things in the right places and broke down and set up furniture that was too big to move in or out. Javier was professional, punctual, provided an excellent service and was affordable. Despite their speediness and hard work ethic they were friendly and enjoyable people to spend a day with. Highly recommended without reservation.

We needed some furniture in our house moved from upstairs to downstairs and then taken to another location. These guys came early, worked hard and charged a fair price. I highly recommend them.

These guys know how to handle all household items with care, and they work hard. Moving is stressful, and their professionalism and friendly manner were very much appreciated. I would use them again.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! One of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. They were very punctual and professional. Above all, they are genuinely good guys. They took great care with all of my belongings, being sure to wrap furniture and fragile items in blankets and then stretch wrap. They were extremely efficient and I could not believe the speed with which they were able to load and unload the truck. They got everything up to the new house in one day even though there was more to take than they had anticipated. I highly recommend Red Rock to anyone needing to move stuff whether big or small. Javier even told me that they will do small runs to the dump if you need to haul a bunch of stuff off.

I am so impressed with Redrock Moving. The nicest men, and talk about taking good care of your stuff. Amazing!!!! If you are shopping around for moving companies,you can stop right here. Redrock will not let you down. I hate moving, but now that I know about the fast, efficient and how easy it can be to move using Redrock I am not worried at all. Redrock is my moving company! Jose and Mamo from E-MC Today working on behalf of Red Rock Movers were prompt upon arrival and carefully wrapped and moved all items we had identified for the move. They suggested an alternative way of packing the truck than what I had envisioned which was much better than my plan. They saved lots of space and secured everything well. We would recommend this moving company for their labor assistance and would use them again.

It was time to move our mother out of her apartment into assisted living facility. The furniture and other household items that she would no longer needed was split between three family members. Javier and his co-worker came in organized everything by household delivery, wrapped everything with blankets and plastic wrap. They were on time, professional, and very respectful.

Javier and his crew were Outstanding! The Best I have seen in 32 years. Great Prices too. I served on active duty in the US Navy for 32 years and had professional movers move my home more than 20 times and this was the BEST MOVERS I have ever had for a Short or Long Distance move. The staff were all professional movers (not Temporary Workers hired off the street). They were on time, faster than most, but still safe with the household goods. The price was the best for the quality of services provided. It took 10 hours and two and a half truck loads over two days which was exactly the estimated time we were quoted. We contacted 10 different moving companies for quotes and Red Rock Movers was the most responsive to our needs (booked in less than two weeks) and the BEST Prices. They had all of the required blankets to protect furniture and shrink wrap too. We used 3 rolls of shrink wrap which was an extra cost besides the labor and truck 24 ft truck 4 men $125.00/hr *Stretch Film 18in x 1500ft $20 per roll I have never pay so little and tipped so much for a moving company before. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. But I am hopefully not moving again anytime soon.

I can't even begin to say how AWESOME these guys were! They arrived on-time, walked through the house to see what they were up against and got right to work. They got me out and in in 4 hours!! Unbelievable. They were extremely polite, professional and friendly. How they managed to move some of the furniture was beyond me but they moved everything without breaking/damaging a thing. They did this job in half the time and for a 1/3 of the price of what another local mover quoted me. I hate moving but these guys made it painless.

Javier and his crew are great. Professional, prompt, they respond quickly to calls and emails and are just really nice, honest people to work with . I have them listed in my contacts for future moves and hope they will always be around to help us move.
