Super nice crew, showed up on time every day, worked hard and fast, did excellent work at a reasonable price, no loud music blaring, no obscene language from the workers, cleaned up well when finished, overall great experience with a complete tear down and rebuild of our 700sq ft upper and lower deck. Would highly recommend Mike and his crew.

They built my dream deck! I wanted to expand my deck but didnâ t want to cut down a tree so they built the deck around the tree. To expand the deck we had to take down an old shade structure that had grape vines growing on it but I didnâ t want to lose the grape vines. Mike designed a pergola just for the vines and he made sure the vines were taken care of during the construction. Construction was almost done when we realized that the sun was at its worst on the deck right at dinner time when we wanted to be out there. They added in structures to hang shades from that look like they were part of the original design. Mike has a mind for creating beautiful spaces as is evident by our deck. I honestly didnâ t imagine this space could look this good. Also, they are super friendly and easy to work with. Working with them was a great experience!

Dynasty Decks, LLC are consummate professionals. Hard working, true to their world, friendly, approachable. Trustworthy. A marvelous throwback to the standards of workmanship and timeliness. Their bid was as good or better than any other I found, their timeline a fraction. They got in, built the deck, and were gone in a week. The next fastest offer was two months, practically the entire summer. Highly recommended builder.

Even though Mikes bid was the highest one I received, I decided to go with him because I wanted a good deck and he appeared to offer the best solution. I signed the contract in July 2022 and he finally showed up to start my deck in May 2023. Admittedly, part of the delay was a pretty tough winter. The crew he hired to build my deck damaged some of the ceramic tiles on an adjoining concrete deck while they were tearing out my old, existing redwood deck. I pointed that out to Mike at the end of the project, but he refused to accept responsibility for it, so I had to hire a tile contractor to repair the damages. Mikes crew also removed the old deck, as the contract required, but they left a lot of the small bits and pieces, old nails, and screws from the demolition scattered around my yard for me to clean up after they left. The actual build of the new deck was pretty much as I expected, but there was some sloppy and poor workmanship in several areas. For example, the spacing between the Trex decking ranged from zero space to nearly a full inch between the Trex boards. Not consistent at all. Also, the structural boards holding the top of the stairway to the deck looked like they just grabbed them out of their scrap pile and screwed them on. The lengths were not equal, the end cuts were not straight, and one of them had a notch cut off the corner. When Mike was walking through doing the final inspection with me, he noticed and pointed out to me, that his crew had installed the stairway facia incorrectly. He assured me that he would have them return that afternoon or the following morning to correct it. Because he had always been so charming and quick to respond when I had a question -- except about the tile they damaged -- I believed him and gave him a check for the full and final payment. That was the last time I saw him or his crew. I tried contacting him several times, but he quit responding to me. Now I call it my 20/20 deck. It cost me well over $20,000 and it looks fine from over 20 feet away. I should have known better than to pay for something that was not fully satisfactory, but Mike comes across as so honest.

Look no more! Mike & his crew are true artisans/craftsmen Their work is excellent! We were extremely happy with everything. The communication was great and we were so very happy with the final project of our deck. They were very timely and did exactly what they said they would.

Mike and his crew are some of the best contractors we've ever worked with! They are extremely knowledgable in their trade, and their work is top notch. You can definitely tell that they take pride in their work! We've hired them a couple of times, and we can't say enough good things about them. Mike and Tuckers customer service, and willingness to go above and beyond for their clients is unbelievable. You will NOT be disappointed in these guys!

Mike and his boys are incredible craftsmen and about the nicest people youâ ll ever meet. We wanted a large deck (over 1,000 sq ft) that required some difficult engineering, to include multiple stair exits and even access to a previously standalone Juliet balcony. Mike designed the entire thing for us and they were done in less than six weeks. They use premium materials and build to higher than code standards, so this deck will outlast me. So pleased with Mike. Heâ s a great person, and a joy to work with.

Mike has a really good eye for things and understanding. He did the things in really good quality and how I wanted. He takes pride in his work.

Mike's a fantastic guy and does a fantastic job with his projects. I'm a GC but my specialty is custom decks, and up in this area, I wouldn't hire anybody but Mike for my projects - and I'm picky. He's a TREX pro, and I'd recommend him to anybody needing a decking professional.
