LOVE CLEANING

On the morning of our service very young man arrived to clean our carpets. He seemed so young I felt immediately sceptical with regard to his experience and ability. However, since I had received service from them a few years earlier, (they had cleaned our carpets and upholstery), and since they had completed the service in a satisfactory manner, I put my skepticism aside. WRONG DECISION. The young man was unprofessional and very inexperienced. When he informed me that he was finished, I inspected his work and found that my carpets, throughout the house were sopping wet. Standing on them with bare feet the moisture came up and spilled over my feet. The manager, when I called home stated "oh, he was the last one here and all the "good machines" had been taken. He then told the young man to repeat the suction process, which he did, TWICE, to no avail. He left. I then called R C WILLEY to report our experience and was met with a great deal of resistance and hostility. They talked (apparently) with the owner/manager of Love's Carpet Cleaning who denied making the statement about the "good machines" not being available. We now have floorboards that creak due to the sopping carpet which took 3 days to dry. Considering that this was in the height of summer, that was a very long time! Have we shopped at, or used services from RCWILLEY since then? A resounding NO. The ironic thing is, that when we had used Love's service previously the had even called back to ask if they could use our name in their advertising!!! This they also denied...stating that had NO record of us ever having used their service previously!!! If and when this report is read by R C WILLEY, please note, that we do not wish to hear from their Service Manager, who is hostile, rude and very dismissive and who was not in the least helpful!! I sincerely hope that this report goes to Administration and is not blocked by the said Service Manager. Thank you.
