+ -1 moreThey didn’t fix it…only after the diagnosis was I ever told they didn’t fix Freon issues. Despite me telling them the freezer stopped making cold air. It felt like they just wanted to get inside my house so they could charge me a diagnosis fee. They also never sent me a summary report to take to the next company that actually CAN fix it. They just sent some photos.
