Outstanding renovation! Our basement which included 2 bedrooms a beautiful living space, laundry room and a bathroom came out like a showroom we are so pleased with the final result. Dal and his crew finished the job before schedule. We left Dal to give us his opinions on options to finish the rooms. He was fantastic! I highly recommend them and you won't be disappointed.

Dal and his crew were such a pleasure and very easy to work with throughout the project. We had Dal's crew turn an unfinished room in our basement into a full bathroom, and it came out exactly how we had hoped, if not better. The price, time to complete the job, and the quality of the final product were unbeatable. I will certainly use them for any other projects within their area of expertise.

Dal is really great to work with. We are happy with the finished project, and he had some great ideas that we wouldn't have thought of without his experience. Even when we changed our minds or found additional things we wanted, Dal was great to say, "yes, we can do that." His relationships with flooring stores gave us a discount, which saved money. He was even willing to drive out of town to pick up tile for me that I wanted. I would highly recommend Dal and his awesome crew.

Dal, Trent and Tanner are the best! I would hire them again in a second. They did high quality work, were reliable, worked hard and fast, cleaned up after themselves and above all, were so kind and friendly. I felt completely comfortable with them in my home. The basement looks awesome with lots of unexpected extras that were included in the price. They helped me know of cost effective ways to do things and made very helpful suggestions. They added the cutest playhouse under my stairs, wired our theatre, and were even flexible when I changed my mind last minute a few times. We shopped around quite a bit for someone to finish our basement. Dal was the best price and the biggest bang for our buck by far, and completed the job in a very timely manner. Dal was great to work with. He listened to our ideas and made them happen, even when they changed a bit during construction. Despite the fact it wasn't in the plan, he made sure to install practical things like a light and switch in the utilities closet and piped heating ducts to the remaining unfinished side of the basement. When I wasn't satisfied with something, he came out that day and fixed it. Even when a window was cracked on accident, he took care of it without complaint. The quality is fantastic and I can't say enough about his customer service skills. If you need a basement finished, get Dal.

Dal and his team finished my basement a few weeks ago and I truly couldn't be happier with it! Large bedroom w/ sitting area, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, as well as a large bath with heated floors, custom frameless glass shower has truly transformed the area! Since I'm not originally from Utah, I didn't know anyone here to ask for recommendations. I was extremely excited when I went to the Home Advisor site and realized someone from my own subdivision was at the top of their list! I requested a custom bathroom with a steamer shower. He was able to do everything I asked for. He also put speakers in the walls of the family room and built a nice big guest room with a great closet. Excellent customer service and really easy to work with.

We had not one complaint. Fair price. Quality workmanship. The two bedrooms, exercise room, bathroom and hall are finished just as the rest of the house. One cannot tell that these additional rooms were not finished 18 months ago by the original builder. The workers, all tools, and all material came through a window well--no traipsing through the rest of the house. We were offered good suggestions when applicable. The finishing deadline was met once they were able to start construction. Our sales person with the original home builder happened to stop by on another matter, and after seeing what was being done, ask for Dal's business card so that he could provide referrals to Dal. I highly recommend Dal and his work.

The work we requested, was done very quickly, and we were very impress with the quality of the work. Dal consistently showed pride, and interest, in how things were done. This, in spite of our making changes along the way. Dal was most insistent on making sure, things were done, as we wanted them to be done. Dal never took shortcuts, but made recommendations, when less expensive alternatives were available. I would recommend Dal and his crew, to anyone.

Dal provided the quickest response to the five request for proposals to complete a family room, bedroom and bathroom in our basement. During our initial walk-through he gave several suggestions that enhanced the overall project. His team provided quality work with great respect for our property. As with any construction project there are always changes, Dal was very accommodating to insure that we were please with the final product. He completed the project on time and cleaned up well when finished. I highly recommend Dal Hale Construction and will use them again in the future.

The work was done with great skill and quality. When Dal said it would be done, it was done. The entire project start to finish was completed in exactly 43 day. He made several suggestions that both saved us money and improved the projcect. These guys are the greatest

Very fast and VERY well done! Dal and his crew framed my entire basement in just 3 days. 2,000 Sq/Ft and done exactly as I had laid it out. HVAC install was also included in the quote, which made it by far the best value compared to the other quotes I got. I wouldn't hesitate to use Dal Hale for the next phase(s) of my basement project!

Dal was good to work with. He was friendly and courteous. However, he would sometimes get in a hurry and not be as particular as I would like. As with most construction people, he wanted to do certain things the inexpensive way, where I preferred quality over price. However, his service was a great value for the money, and I would recommend him to others.

Dal is so easy to work with, listens well to your ideas and provides a simple plan of attack. I am remodeling my basement to include an apartment with a full kitchen, bath, 2 bedrooms and a small office for my mom. She lives 2400 miles away. so there was a lot of long distance discussion around the project details. Dal's a "go-with-the-flow" kind of guy and that's exactly what I needed. Our project started on 6/30 and is in the final 2 weeks. When I need to add to the scope of the work, he's very fair in his pricing and willing to help wherever he can. He selected quality materials that matched my upstairs home as well. I'm very satisfied.
