+ 0 moreRichard Hammond did an excellent job finding the problems quickly and making recommendations. I decided that it was best to replace the items since their service was beyond the need for repair. Richard installed all of the items quickly, efficiently and professionally.
Description of Work: I had problems with toilets and water heaters in two houses.

Description of Work: Provided us with a filter system for our home to remove impurities,we had a bunch of iron and also bacteria from the well that caused an odor. We live in the northern part of Nevada so maybe that's why we had such horrible follow up. But once it was installed they promised to return in a month to retest the water but we can't get them to return a phone call, email etc. We have had a few questions only to call the 2 guys numbers we have and have had no response after numerous messages left on answering machines. My problem is that we can not talk to anyone to address the issues we have so we are living with a system that is not working properly and regenerates at midnight every Thursday which would be ok if it did not sound like you had a freight train running thru the house at full speed, the walls shake and the sound wakes you up with a start almost heart stopping. They never should have installed the system if they were not going to stand behind it, or even answer questions on the system. We have talked to two guys that were suppose to be bosses and they would take care of it. Still waiting. I would not give this company any where near an acceptable rating. Even if they came put today and fixed our issues. Never have I been so frustrated with this level of lack of service.

Description of Work: We have a yearly contract with them and they did a yearly inspection and check-up.

+ -1 moreWe have 3 heating units in our 5500 sq foot home. We had all the units cleaned, including the coils, fans and all the ducts through out the house. We have 32 air vents thru out the home. One of the heating units had a poor set up for the return air so they redid some duct work and added another return vent and it made the unit much more energy efficient. We found Superior Air while we were at Costco. When we talked to their guy, we told him we had called alot of other companies that either said they couldn't do the job or they never called us back. He told us that they would be out the following morning to give an estimate. To our surprise they were at our home at 10am the next morning. After meticulously going over everything and giving us a price which we thought was very reasonable for the amount of work to be done we scheduled them to come the next day. There were there at 9am on time and worked until almost 6pm non stop. They finished the new duct work and today they came back at 9 to start the duct cleaning. These guys are very professional and did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them and use them again.
Description of Work: clean 3 heating units, coils, fans etc clean all duct work thru out the home 32 air vents redid some duct work to make it more efficient
