Badly, damaged many furniture items

Were two hrs late for appointment for estimate. Said they had a Large Seni to handle move. showed up late for move and with a trailer. did not have enough personnel for the move. Said they were sick. Move had to be done over two days in stead of one. caused $2350 in damage to furniture. Kept avoiding my phone calls re the damage. Settled for $875 after two months. He should not be in the moving business. I have copy of check to prove as well as photos of damage to furniture! Hourly cost was twice as much as estimate because of issues......

Young men with lots of hustle but careful with our stuff. This is the second time we have used them and I highly recommend this company. I wouldn't consider anyone else in St. George.

I suggested this company to help my parents move here in town locally. The 3 gentlemen who came, Josh, Cody and Dutch were awesome. My parents said they had a smile on their faces and where non stop all day long. My parents are pretty meticulous when it comes to their furniture. They shared that the boys wrapped every piece before putting it onto the truck. The move took longer than expected becasue we under estimated the amount of furniture but the guys were ok to stay till the very end. The owner JR showed up after he was done with his appointment and took us into the home stretch. Not only did the guys move furniture into my parents new home but they had to bring all the yard sale furniture to my home accross town. For that we are greatful..

Crown Moving loaded our boxes and furniture and unloaded it at our new home. We did all the packing.

It went very well. It's a one man show, not a major moving company. He was extremely user friendly. His estimate was done remotely using pictures and an inventory list I gave him. It was a very reasonable estimate for what the actual costs were. He was very timely. The move went very well and he provided follow up assistance after the move.
