Carpets Plus Design

We went to three different companies to determine what type of blinds to use and to get a bid on them. Carpet Plus was very helpful in showing us the various options, types of blinds and the differences between the various options and brands. They were also the best bid (nearly $600 below the highest bid). Once we decided to use them they sent out an installer to verify that the measurements we had taken were correct (generally we were off about 1/4 in. on each window so having the company remeasure the blinds is a good idea) We placed the order on 3/20/14 and put down a 50% deposit. The blinds arrived within the three week timeframe they told us it would take and were installed the following week. The installer arrived on time, was professional and did a good job installing the blinds and showing us how to operate them and clean them. We are very happy with the work and would use them again.

From my first meeting at the store with Blair Murdock, to the final inspection of the finished floor given by him and the store owner (Joe), I was impressed. with both the service and the selection of product. Their contractors arrived on time for every appointment, and kept me updated on the progress. My job required all furniture removal, removal of old carpet & tack strip, undercutting of baseboards & patching up the paint on them, then finishing all of the doorways, etc., THEN replacing all of the furniture and 'hooking up all the electronic stuff. PHEW! They were I found their prices competitive and fair. The final results are beautiful and I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates good service, selection and competitive prices. Each crew was top drawer and very professional.
