Description of Work: Jeremy Black, the owner of Zippy, came promptly when called, was both friendly and professional, and performed competently. He changed 5 cylinders in our newly purchased home, and cut 6 keys. He must have spent at least an hour completing these tasks, and charged what he had estimated the cost would be. I was very impressed with both Jeremy and his services, and would use him again if the circumstances required a locksmith. I should add that he performed a special request: keyed our new house so it would match the keying of our primary residence in another city.
