Very well. The steam shower was missing some screws and the instructions were in metric and not very clear. Also, we have PECS water pipes which the shower unit did not supply couplers for for. Larry created an imaginitive and workable solution to this problem. This the third major project we have Larry work on. The others were: Replacing a glass and wood outside door that was very poorly installed with an all wood door and install a doggy door in it. Larry had to completely rip out the old door jamb because there was no way to fix it and basically installed an entirely new entry door. He did an excellent job and had a friend repair the minor stucco damage so that you can't even see it (paid separate for that). $2,600. Lowering an 11" ceiling in a bedroom to 9' so that we could run new air vents in the ceiling to fix a day one problem of not being able to keep this room at a comfortable temperature. Used Dixie Heating and for the HVAC work (already rated separately). Larry taped, textured the new drywall. He did an excellent job matching the custom texturing on the ceiling to the original. $3,800 (HVAC work not included)
