Mike did a fantastic job. He cleaned and sealed our grout. Our house is 18 years old and I think the tile and grout look better now that it did when it was new. He paid great attention to detail and worked around our crazy schedule. We highly recommend him and would use him again.

Mike arrived promptly to clean and seal my grout, clean the tile, as well as my carpet. The carpet was left soft and nearly dry. It would have been dry except with 2 dogs and a cat, it was extra dirty. All were done extremely well. He was very professional, reasonable in price and worked very hard. He has a really cool truck, too.

Mike is an ultimate professional. He was extremely diligent it helping me make the best decision on how to resurface my Travertine flooring. He gave a more than generous rate and worked extremely hard to get it just right. He is very detailed and did an incredible job - I will hire him again soon to do my furniture among other jobs. Mike just finished cleaning the carpet in my townhouse. He came in person, ahead of time to give me a face to face estimate, which was lower than any other estimate I received. Today, he arrived 15 min before the appt time, which was awesome. There were a few high traffic areas that I was worried wouldn't come as clean as the rest, and instead of promising me it would, Mike told me it might not, but it would look much better. Guess what? The carpet, including the high traffic areas look practically like new! I've had not great experiences in the past with the big name companies, and even a couple smaller local ones that either quoted one price, then tried to jack it up later, or didn't even show up. Mike was personable, professional, did the work fast, and even let me borrow one of his professional fans to dry it faster. I would highly recommend Advanced Cleaning, LLC to anyone looking for great work at a really affordable rate. 5+ stars from me!

Michael Tanner, owner and operator of Advanced Cleaning, just cleaned and sealed our natural slate flooring. He did research into what would work best considering it was sealed when new. Deep cleaned one day and sealed the next. Very responsive to request for estimate. He has good equipment and knows how to use it. He also does other hard surfaces and carpet. His work and the results are excellent.
