Mick at Signature Marble & Granite was marvelous. He was always available for any question, no matter how trivial. Mick always made us feel like we were important to the company and his priorities in customer service allowed us to trust him with no disappointments. This company was always on time and never left us waiting. When the work was being done, the professionals were up against a huge obstacle trying to work granite countertops around new cabinets that were crooked and installed with no regard by another company unaffiliated to Signature. Signature Marble & Granite managed to get it to work which was a miracle in itself. This company is simply magic. I would recommend Signature Marble & Granite to anyone in a heartbeat. From the best customer service I have ever experienced to product quality and genius workmanship, I can attest to the fact that this company has no flaws.

We had new quartz counters installed by Signature Marble and Granite. I highly recommend them for several reasons. Mick and the others were always responsive to our questions and followed through in every step to make sure the results of our installation were high quality. Everything is level, centered, etc, and finished in a timely manner. Extremely helpful and responsive!

Working with Signature Marble and Granite was fantastic. I was not an easy client. I wanted quartzite, which is really difficult to work with, and I only wanted to have to buy one slab. I don't know how, but the fabricators were able to squeeze out every square inch and make my slab work for my whole kitchen (about 55 square feet). I found Signature Granite and Marble from Home Advisor. They called me back, but I saw they were in Springville. I didn't want to have to go down there from Davis county but John assured me he would come to me, and he did. I got quotes from 3 different fabricators and Signature Granite and Marble seemed like they would do the best job at the best price. Also, I loved working with John and Mick. I felt very comfortable calling John or Mick with any questions. In this process, I called John multiple times, got multiple quotes with different slabs from him, and worked through several complicated issues. If something was confusing in an invoice, I called and John would fix it. I picked my slab out at Arizona tile and was able to schedule an installation date within 2-3 weeks. After having terrible experiences with countertop installations in the past, this was awesome. I could tell they take pride in their work. They were straightforward and gave me clear expectations. They had an issue getting the right brackets but they just took care of it and got the job done. I didn't feel like I was getting sold. Just honest hard work. My counters are so beautiful. I'm thrilled.

He was very accommodating to our budget and he and his crew did an absolute amazing job on our beautiful granite countertops. His pricing and craftsmanship cannot be beat by anyone in the state. Dealing with an upfront, thorough and completely honest contractor, like Mick, is hard to find these days. Mick will definitely be back to do additional work in our home.

I found Signature Marble and Granite online as the highest reviewed shop in the area. I had already met with three other installers and wanted to see what else was out there. Mick was the most knowledgeable and had the best price. He helped me get exactly what I wanted and I’m thrilled with my counters. He went above and behind when a few issues came up and their work is excellent. These guys are the best to work with in the area and I can’t recommend them enough.

We had a great experience working with Signature Marble and Granite to get our kitchen countertops updated and replaced. Our neighbor recommended we use Signature after having such a good experience and we are so happy we did! Mick was so great to work with us. We were able to quickly schedule an appointment for an initial consultation and got a great price quote. Mick listened to all of my concerns, answered my questions, helped me as we added an additional several inches to make a bar top and did so quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and kind and very interested in helping us. The hardest part was picking out which granite we should put in our home! We were impressed with the selection and how helpful everyone was to find the perfect product for our home. Mick frankly told us that regardless of whether or not we chose to go with Signature, he wanted us to get the granite we wanted and told us how to do that. I was impressed that he put our interests first instead of just trying to make a sale. The turnaround time was very quick, it was just about 3 weeks from the time we decided on a granite to when we had our final measurements taken and then the countertops were installed. I was impressed we could get them installed so quickly, especially at the busy Christmas season. We were given some great tips to help the installation be seamless. Installation took less than a day and the countertops look beautiful! Shiloh and Matt made up our installation crew and they did a great job with installation! We couldn’t be happier with our countertops! They have changed the look and quality of our kitchen and I love spending time in our kitchen now!

Repair suggestions were made, and a plan was agreed to, and.it took over a week to effect the repair. The repair looks very good. We are grateful to get our kitchen sink operational after two weeks.

So easy and fast! I contacted Mick for a quote and he was out the next day to take measurements. Quote received that sand day. Granite tops were fabricated, delivered and installed a week later. Product is gorgeous and the process was painless! This is how it should be! I highly recommend Mick and his team!
