Cascade Pest & Lawn

I purchased an initial treatment for pest control on August 24th and made an appointment to have my home sprayed on August 30th. The woman I spoke with told me to move all of my furniture away from the wall and be able to leave the house for one hour. I was told the exterminator would be arriving between 4-6PM. I moved all of my furniture and had to take my daughter outside to play so she missed her nap. I waited the full two hours with both my landline and cell phone in hand but I never heard a thing and they never showed. I called and left them a message but they never returned it. I finally reached someone the next day asking them why they stood me up and they were completely rude to me! The guy would not accept fault and said it was the other girl's fault for not calling me. They were unable to make any more appointments that week so they said they would call me again in about a week. They never called. I called during business hours everyday and left several messages and never reached anyone. I finally reached someone about a week and a half later. He was very unprofessional, acted like it was his own personal phone, and laughed at me when I said I want to get the initial treatment I paid for. I finally said "Well, can I make an appointment?" He said yeah sure and then hung up on me. I called the exact same number again just to get the same old voicemail I was used to hearing over and over again. I know I didn't misdial because the number was in my cell phone. So it took me another 5 days to get ahold of someone again. I finally made my appointment for the following Thursday from 10-12. He said, "I just made an appointment with someone else in your area on Thursday, does 10-12 work for you?" I said yes and the appointment was set. I moved all of my furniture again, wasted my day again, and they never showed. I have yet to ever have any messages returned. I have have not been able to get a hold of them since. They are by far the worst company I have ever attempted to do business with. Completely unprofessional. I currently have a pending complaint with the BBB to get my money back.
