Dakota was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He recognized it as a common problem with our Kitchen Aid refrigerator and repaired it.

Serviceman arrived on time and was knowledgeable for each of the 3 appliances he checked- our LG French Door fridge, our GE Gas Range (the oven would not light), and our older top loading washer. He worked surely and quickly, which was reflected on the invoice for service- a fact we appreciated. The oven needed a new igniter (he had the part on the truck), while the fridge needed to be properly leveled, and the washer was fine.

Needed parts - he ordered them and replaced them.

Bill's Appliance Repair service windows are 8-12 and 12-4. A 4 hour service window is insane in 2016. I requested the 1st appointment of the day and because I live in Spanish Fork, that was doable. I called at 8:45 to find out where the tech was and come to find out their service window is actually 8:30-12 and my tech was running 10 min late I was told. He showed up at 9:20AM. I paid $100 for him to diagnose it, but not fix it. The tech was there for an hour trying to diagnose why my washer was leaking water. He found out is was a hose. I had to wait 3 business days to order the part in and then reschedule another time to replace the part. He did replace it and charged me $41 for the part and another $30 to install it. So it cost me $171 to replace a washer hose not to mention I missed 2 1/2 hours of work because he was almost 1 1/2 late plus the 1 hr to figure out the problem, that's another $50. Luckily my husband already had the time off to actually fix it heaven knows how long I would've had to wait. The tech was nice and knowledgeable. I also requested a pan underneath the washer in case this happens again. The scheduler said she'd let the tech know, she didn't and he informed me they don't do that service.

On time, worked efficiently, effectively repaired the problem, reasonable cost and provided helpful information about what to look for in the future as well as brand name recommendations when replacement time arrives. They will definitely be our "go to" apliance repair guys.

he was to call when he was on his way so that we could meet him there, between 12-4. My son got a call at 2:15 saying he should come to the condo and meet the repairman. He then talked with the repairman and he had already gotten there, finished the work and was just waiting to be paid. I had looked up the costs for the above items and told my son it should run between 300-500, don't pay more than that. the repairman had cleaned up after himself, charged one flat fee of $75 for travel and 1st repair and 20 dollars more for each additional item, plus cost of parts. the disposal cost plus install was 200, then 90 dollars in parts and the additional 79 was for time and labor. We felt like he was prompt, clean, polite, efficient. We had already called and waited for several other repairmen that didn't show up. So this service was quick and well done.

I've used him for over 30 years. He comes when you call. He doesn't fix what doesn't need to be fixed.

They have a prompt service. The also have good follow up.

He replaced them and everything is working and the dryer is quiet again. They were prompt upon arrival and they charged a reasonable amount.

Steve came out at the scheduled time and even called before, to make sure we would be there and that it was still a good time for us. He did the repair quickly and efficiently and clearly explained the problems he had found and fixed. We are very happy with the service and will use him again.

I felt that he did an excellent job with working on my appliances. He put my dryer back to working conditions. He also fixed my oven range and refrigerator H2O dispenser. When he was done with all of that, he even fixed my washer for me.

They have a service fee that seems expensive, but they always fix whatever it is. They usually can make it out that day. They are very informative and very honest in telling you what you need and don't need. The cost was close to their estimates. I would recommend.

First, my fridge wasn't cooling, so they fixed it. I have hired Bill's Appliance in the past. They fixed the clothes washer very quickly another time. They also fixed the dishwasher and recommended using something to keep it in good working order.
