Very well. I had a problem after the work was done, with massive ice sickles hanging from my gutters. When i called them back to look at the problem, i was given an explanation that there was a massive built up of snow on my roof which caused the problem. The person who came back, cleared the ice sickles and was also nice enough to break up and clear the ice that had accumulate on the floor of my entrance way.

I contacted Superior Rain Gutters and they set up a time that they could come out and inspect the gutters. Within a couple of days Wesley came out and was able to give me an quote. I happened to be home at the time. He took me around the whole house while he inspected. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He was able to give me some options as far as the color and where I wanted the downspouts. After the quote he said that the instillation would be done within a couple a weeks due to weather and that I wouldn't need to be home. The instillation crew came and got the work done quickly without any problems! The house now looks great with seamless gutters and downspouts! And, now there's no leaks on my porch stairs and no more ice!

Superior rain gutters were extremely professional, polite and returned calls and emails in a timely manner. When we called we spoke with the owner, not some sales guy with a quota to fill. The owner himself came out and gave us a quote, and then he came out and helped install them. They were scheduling out a few weeks, but they were able to get us in sooner and did a great job. Their price was less than the other two main companies that do it in our area, and did it the way we wanted. The owner came out afterwards and checked with us to see if we were happy and didn't bill us until that time either. There was no surprises with the bill either. The quote is what we paid and we couldn't be happier. I can't recommend them enough for the work that they did for us.

He came over, assessed the situation and gave us an honest estimate. We went ahead and set up a time for the work to be completed. Didn't consider hiring. Too expensive.

Very well. Although it was not their job, I wish they would have told me about the swimming pools I had up there because 16-years ago the roofer (R and J Roofing which no longer exists) laid shingles but failed to put the correct pitch on parts of the roof and failed to put the kind of underlayment required. Needless to say, now I have some sagging ceilings and water damage inside my home.

The service was excellent. Wesley is very friendly and they worked in my job 2 weeks ahead of what I had scheduled with flexible billing for the originally scheduled date. The gutters look amazing! I didn't know I could get them in different colors and these match the trim of my house perfectly. I'll add a follow-up review after it finally rains again, but I expect that for the first time in 10 years, I will have fully- functional gutters and stop the paint damage from the previous bad ones.

Everything was great. Service was great, workers were knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. The gutters look great. Would definately user Superior Rain Gutters again.

well, work was timely and complete

We called around for several bids and the sales-rep came to our home on a day that was very rainy and completely out of his way. The bid was very reasonable up front; we had a coupon from a competitor and due to some extenuating circumstances they honored it so our final price beat out all of the other bids we received. The Installers were awesome, they arrived on time and completed the job in approximately 2 hours. They measured everything exactly and were very professional. The day was super hot and they were working in the sun nearly the entire time. We did not hear one word of profanity from these guys and they were very clean-cut and respectful, when they left there was not one piece of garbage to be found in our yard. I would highly recommend this company!!

The superior Rain Gutter employees were very courteous and were respectful of any concerns I had. They were very professional. It showed in the quality of their work. The work site was cleaned up to the point that you would not have known they were here.

Iwas very impressed right away with the owner. He came out to give us a quote on the work we needed done, and was very detailed and thorough. He walked me through all my options, discussed every possible placement of a downspout, showed me how he would be attaching the gutters, and how (if I wanted) he could even spray paint the screws and the mesh to blend in with my home. The other two companies we had give us quote, were actually about $400.00 cheaper, but walked around by themselves and then showed me a piece of paper that I didn't really totally understand and gave me a price. I was very confident that Superior knew what they were talking about, and I was impressed how much time they gave me to answer questions and explain every detail to me. They were a little late on the first day, because of an emergency that came up, and they forgot to call, so I wasn't super pleased about that, but they did return my call and apologize and gave me a new time frame (the same day) that they met. They did a lot of work the first day, but because of wind, had to return the next day to finish the job. The workers were polite and the owner came out with them the first day to show them exactly what we had discussed, so they would know what I wanted, exactly. They did not repair the leak in the front gutter, as we had discussed, but the owner came out on his own to check over the job later, and realized he had forgot to tell them about that one project. He came back out himself the next week to finish and I was completely fine with that. Overall, they did a great job, and I would recommend this company and use them again myself. The job looks great, and I was impressed with the whole process.
