-It took just over 14 months to complete (actually it isn’t completed, but they said they were done and the job was finished and they have been paid in full and then some.) —- had excuse after excuse why nothing was getting done, and always blamed others or client - never took responsibility. -workmanship was poor (examples: sheet rock does not line up - gaps between walls, did not cover nail holes in trim and baseboards...) -Did not complete project to contract specifications and charged significantly more then contracted price. -Made rookie mistakes that cost time and money (example: slot for in wall oven was too small and had to be ripped out and rebuilt and now is off centered and looks crooked.) - owner did not communicate effectively with client or employees/workers on site which caused a lot of undue issues and extreme stress. Offered us a dream - delivered a nightmare.
