The work was done over 2 days and the installer, Wes, took a great deal of pride with his work. We had one area that had caused us particular problems causing water to drip by our front door. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue and appears to have been successful.

Exceptional work, great communication, informative and very professional. All of the people we were with were very friendly and neighborly. They left the job extraordinarily clean and took the time to resolve a couple other minor issues. Very happy with their service. We will certainly use them again.

Cristobal, Nick, Mekenzie, and Dennis were fantastic to work with. They provided top notch service that performed just as expected. The work was done just in time for a storm that hit and the products worked as advertised. We'd highly recommend RGS for anyone in the Salt Lake valley.

RGS was very responsive to our scheduling needs. They worked around the times that we needed and were even able to finish the work while we were out of town.

Overall a positive experience from the salesperson who quoted the work, to the installer who was pleasant to work with over the phone, to their customer service desk which called to check on the project after it was done. This project was done while I was at work due to a scheduling conflict, but RGS kept me in the loop during the entire process with questions and comments on the work being done. We are very pleased with the results!

It went great nice young men. Left things clean and tidy. Said it would take 4 hours, and it did.

We went with RGS mainly due to the fact that the gentleman who came out to show us their product did such an excellent job. The product was AMAZING! It took a bit to get the job done due to the weather, which we understood. The installer worked alone, which was surprising. He worked so hard in the freezing temps and falling snow. He did a great job! Because we had so much snow, the clean up wasn't as I believe it would normally have been. Once the snow melted, I did find quite a few debris but my dog wasn't hurt by any of it and it was an easy pick up. The gutters are wonderful! They look terrific and we are more than happy.

Initial bid appt. Oct. 17. Thought price was high but pleased with contact info. and I had a 15% off coupon,so I signed up and paid deposit on 19th. Was told they wouldn't be available for 5 wks. This made me nervous as that area ices up badly and I worried that my recently disabled husband might have to use the sidewalk there. However, discussed chances that major snow would come later. Was pleased when I got a phone call a week later updating me. Then nothing. I finally called approx. a week after I expected them and expressed fears. Told they still couldn't come, would keep me posted. Then nothing. I called early Dec. same result. Job was done on Dec.22, after much stress on my part, a full 10 wks from scheduling. Took 2 days,as there was only 1 man. Seems to have done a nice job, cleaned up well, and listened to my requests.

Very proffesional. Kept an open line of communication with me the entire time! The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My gutters look great! I would totally recommended them again. I will probably be getting heat tape from them soon!

The sliding glass door will not lock and did not lock from the beginning. The sunroom was completed in early spring 2016. It is now the end of October and despite the fact that we have called this company many times, no one will come back and fix the door. I would not hire them again because they will not come back if they have completed the job and something is not right.

They were great. They had a bit of a back log but did what they said they would do. they communcicated with me always. I knew where we were at in schedule. The guys did a great job on the work. The siding looks beautiful. They even did a few extras for us and it made the job perfect. The rain gutters work great. The rain we had the other day tested them and we are so happy. I would highly recommend them.

Good awful! I would NEVER recommend this company! When I placed my deposit they said they were a couple of weeks behind schedule which was ok because the fence I ordered through them would take 3 weeks to come in. Called 3 weeks later to confirm the fence came in the staff member said yes. I get a email there 4-6 weeks behind schedule. So week 6 I call to get on the calendar. I keep getting the run around from the receptionist constantly saying that Tony ( the project manager was in a meeting or he'll call me back. Ha! Never got the phone calls back which just delayed the project. Finally some one shows up to take down the old gutters and has no answer when anyone will show up to put up the new gutter. A week goes by it rains 3 times. Finally someone showed up but doesn't have enough material to complete the project. Finally another guy comes to cover the poles with the cedar wood and I ask him if he has the fences with him. He gives me a weird look ( I have no clue) he makes a call & tells me he'll be back tomorrow with the fence. Ha! Again I'm calling the every day to find out when they are coming back to install the fence. Finally, I get a call from Tony to tell me they forgot to order the fence!!! God Bless America!! I was really MAD!! I feel like this company can never get anything right. I don't know how they can stay in business. Because of this I decided to go back to my original design by making a wood fence with fortress bow ballister rails. Tony asked me to pay for the guy to build it $150.00 and he'll take care of the rest because if all the problems on the job. It's finally done. Tony just called me today to inform me that the fortress rails cost $700.00 which I told him I could get it for $370.00. I even told him where to order it. He has the audacity to tell me I owe him $250.00 more for the rails!! What a bunch of crooks!! Plus a 3 day job took 10 weeks.

This was a very frustrating experience. I had the original bid done in April and accepted the proposal in May. Due to my family's schedule, the work was arranged to be started first part of June. I called them a day before the schedule start day and was told that the materials weren't in and that they were still on order. I accepted this delay and figured that they probably were going to call and tell me this-- I just beat them to the punch by calling them. Anyway, another week past and no updates were received so I called them again-- again told materials still on order. Waited another week and expressed frustration and was told materials here were will be out on July 1st. Yay! Nearly a month from the original start date and over 2 from when the original esitmate was given. Anyway, the workers came out, worked for one day and then took the Friday before july 4th off. I was going out of town for a week and was told that the job would be done before I returned. It wasn't. It was only 50% of the way done. Remember-- this was only supposed to take a week. I called and complained and the sales guy gave the typical sales guy response and promised they'd be out the next day to finish the job. I ended up leaving town again, for another week, and was told everythign would be done before I got home from this second trip. It wasn't. I am not quite sure what was going on while I was gone, but my gut tells me that not being there on site gave the workers the freedom to come and go as they pleased and help with other projects while mine was on the back burner. Finally, at the end of July after placing another irrate call to the sales guy, the work was completed. The work done is acceptable, but the process to get there is not. I would not choose RGS again-- the delays and excuses ruined the experience for me.

The install went very well. The end product looks and performs better than expected.

They did a great job. Richard (the estimator) was particularly great. He gave very solid advice to address my ice problems without adding more than I really needed - very ethical. Job done smoothly, clean.

Called for a small job. The receptionist was polite and answered the phone promptly, so maybe they're a good company, BUT- they have a $500.00 (FIVE HUNDRED BUCKS) minimum job cost. Yikes. I could get all new gutters for less than that. Did not use them (had you figured that out already?)

From the Estimate to the job completion, very professional. The cost was exactly what the estimate quoted. All of my rain gutters were replaced, color matched my house perfectly. We received a phone call 45 minutes before arrival in the morning and the job was completed by about 3 in the afternoon. When they left my house, the yard was clean and my brand new rain gutters were looking great. (even tho they were working in the rain part of the time) We had both the rain gutters and the leaf protection/terminator installed. Attached to the house, they were very sturdy and secure. A job well done, I would highly recommend this company.

They were prompt. They came on time. They were out when they said they would. They performed the services promptly and left.

Richard arrived on time and cleaned a section of gutter that was overflowing when it rained. He explained the cost of replacing the section on a later date and refused even a courtesy payment for his help

Rain Gutter Specialties did and amazing job with my rain gutters when I did my remodel. The price aws good and the service was excellent. I had winter ice issues before I had them redone and since no problems at all. The installer was very professional and also worked within my schedule. I would and have recomended Rain Gutter Specialties to anyone.

Very well Both guys were polite and did the job in a reasonable amount of time.

Six weeks after we paid a 30% (Sept 11 2013) we had not heard a word about when the installation would begin.After we called them they told us that they were still a week out before they could start. On Monday, Oct 21 the installers arrived at about .3:30 pm and worked about 2 hours but said that they would return on Oct 2 at about 1:00 pm to finish the job. They showed up at about 3:30 and worked for about 2 hours an said that they did not have all of the parts to complete the installation but would return early the following morning to complete the job.However, the next day they were a no show and did not call to give us an explanation. On Oct 24 they came and finished the job. Or so we thought. As it turns out they did not do part of the work stated on the quote. The next day they called and wanted the rest of the money. but we discovered that part of the work that was specified on the quote had not been done.They were going to charge us $417 for work not done. When we were able to communicate with them they checked and discovered that part of the work had not been completed but offered to come back and finish the project or they would subtract $417 from the final bill. We accepted the reduction of the final payment. We could not recommend this company to anyone!t It was the worst experience that we have ever had with a contractor.and in the 36 years we have lived in this house. We have had numerous contractors work for us in the past. It also gives rise to the question how does Angie's do us any good? We have had better luck finding good contractors on our own. we are very disappointed!
