They pretty reasonable. They're a little bit more than a different that we've used but they do more stuff. When somebody calls, it's usually the owner of the company so it's nice to talk to somebody in charge instead of just people. I think they do a good job.
Description of Work: We use Landscape Solutions for monthly yard work. They mow, weed, trim, and do spring and fall cleanup. They did a whole bunch of work in our backyard 3 years ago.

I did not have the work done, since I am not comfortable not knowing how much I will need to pay. I told this to Joe, but I am not sure he wants to work this way. In the end, I found another company willing to give me a prompt estimate and they did a great job.
Description of Work: We had broken sprinkler lines caused by someone else drilling out a tree stump and I wanted to add a new zone to our existing sprinkler system. I called this company, hoping to get an estimate. However, because finding the lines would entail some guesswork, they didn't want to provide an estimate. This was true even for the additional zone, which was quite well defined. Instead of doing an estimate, Joe wanted to come out just once and provide the work on a time and material basis.

This complaint is completely false. The homeowner called asking for a price to repair some damaged sprinkler pipes. He was told over the phone our hourly sprinkler repair rates and that a job like he had described could probably take anywhere from 1-3 hours of labor with a minimum charge of $65. Due to the guesswork of only talking about the project over the phone and not seeing the actual damage, I was only able to give him a “estimate” and not an exact “bid” for the repair work. He also mentioned that he was “thinking” about adding another station in his yard. I told him that while we were there to do the repairs, we would go through the sprinkler system and be able to give him a “bid” to do the work of installing the new station. He then agreed and we scheduled an appointment to meet within the next few days to do the repairs and go over the area where the new station needed to be installed. The next day he called and cancelled the repair service. This homeowner is upset that I wasn’t available to drive out to his house the same day he called and give him a free “bid” for a job that was probably only going to be $65. During this peak season and extremely busy time of year, it is difficult for any quality contractor to drive out to every “potential” repair service call to give exact quotes. We receive 10 to 20 calls per day and do our best by estimating over the phone for small services such as this one so that we can get to all of our scheduled work in a timely matter. This homeowner unfortunately felt the need to write a bad review based purely on assumption. I run a fair and honest business and stand by the quality of our work. In the future sir, please save your opinions for companies that have provided you with actual services.

They were very good with landscaping, but the sprinkler system had leaked and I had to call them back. I will not use their services in future.

I would like to clarify that our company did not install the member's sprinkler system. We were working with an outdated system, which we moved 4 existing heads and added one new. When the member called about one of the heads leaking, we returned and replaced it free of charge.
