Description of Work: Purchased premium home warranty w/ prepaid call for lock change after the purchase of our home. 1st appointment they called and rescheduled. 2nd appointment the vendor(locksmith)came out on time and did a decent job.

Description of Work: We were having trouble with our water heater and they replaced it. They also checked on our whole HVAC system. They have excellent customer service. They were prompt and courteous during the appointment. Scheduling was perfect and they worked around our schedule and were very responsive. Two technicians came out to do the work and they were super tidy and they cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: Had two services calls. The first was to replace a disposal unit, the second to do a spring tune-up of my air conditioning system and that required minor repairs. Both service contractors used b the warranty company did a fine job.
