JNR Concrete LLC

I contacted Jason to stain my basement concrete floor. He came and completed the job. I could not inspect the work when he had finished because the floor was wet with supposed sealer. When I was able to finally really look at the floor I found many problems. 1. He had sanded the floor so that the concrete would as he stated 'take the stain'. He FAILED to protect my vents and this caused concrete dust to spread throughout my house (the basement and all the rooms downstairs AND all the rooms upstairs as well were literally COVERED IN DUST!) WHAT A MESS that was to clean up! 2. There are many areas where the stain was NOT spread out-it has solidified in big streaks, looking like there is dark maple syrup on the floor...it looks awful! 3. There are grinder marks all over the floor where he did NOT sand it smooth-looks bad with grooves in the floor! 4. Most of the floor appears to have no sealer-no gloss AT ALL! I contacted Jason to come back and inspect his work and to fix it. After REPEATED and REPEATED attempts to contact him he FINALLY got back to me. In fact he came to my home and inspected the floor. He saw that is was not done correctly and said he would fix it. A short time after he had been back to my home stating he would fix the problems, I tried contacting him to arrange a time for him to return to fix the floor. I contacted him many (MANY!) times, left many messages....via email...via text...via voicemail......he has NEVER returned my calls or messages! DO NOT HAVE THIS GUY DO ANY WORK FOR YOU-HE OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK!!! I have given him the opportunity to do the right thing but clearly he does not care. He made his money and has no intention of making it right for me or likely anyone else

They did horrible work. The job wasn't poured right and began cracking before they were finished. When he came for payment, he said I owed him for more than what I did & has threatened to put a lean against my home. I would say beware to anyway considering use this company.

Horrible! This has been a nightmare as Jason flubbed this job from start to finish. The stamped and colored was cracked, unfinished(rock showing all over the "finished" job) and had to be pulled out. He ruined my landscaping with his skid loader to the point that I now have to totally grade and re-landscape at least 1/3 of my yard. To add insult to injury, Jason threatened to file a lien on my home because I would not pay an increased price for the gray cement (which he should have pulled out as well due to the unlevel and very substandard finish) that he demanded at settlement of this "job." I have had to hire an attorney to deal with this guy who threw a tantrum right on my front porch. JNR's bid was the highest (and considerably higher) than any of the other bids (4 in all) that I took on this project. Jason did such a good job selling himself that I hired him to do this job and have been oh-so-sorry ever since! Do the job yourself before you get involved with JNR Concrete!
