+ -1 moreCame to our house when scheduled, looked at several potential jobs and provided estimates. Had to re-schedule attic job due to scheduling conflict, but called to let us know he was running late so no problem for us. Did a thorough and proficient job and was friendly and good to work with.
Description of Work: Worked in a small attic of our old home. Re-secured insulation in between roof joists. Applied RTV caulk to close holes around where electrical cables came into attic.

+ 0 moreWe have had no luck contacting this company. The company phone number goes to voice mail, but none of our calls (at least 4 in the course of a month) have been returned. The last two calls just asked him to call us back and to tell us if he no longer was interested in doing the job that he estimated last fall. If he is out of business, the phone message should say so. None of our calls were rude or demanding. If he's in business, he should at least acknowledge receiving our calls asking to discuss getting our job onto his schedule.
Description of Work: Provider came out in fall of 2015 to give an estimate on an exterior painting job. We have a small, wooden outbuilding that the previous homeowner purchased from a garden nursery that was going out of business. We had already had the roof repaired and wanted to have some minor repairs made to it, then have the interior and exterior painted. Because it was too late in the year for the paint to cure properly, he provided an estimate and told us to call him in the spring to set up a date for him to come do the job.

+ 6 moreHandy Andy is wonderful! He quickly gets on task and efficiently manages his time. His work quality has been great. I also love that he points out things that we can easily improve upon (easy upgrades, etc).
Description of Work: repaired shower head, grouted in shower and around tub, installed air grill, installed trim piece in closet, tightened and lubricated garage doors, repaired screen door (so it properly closes now), installed LED can lights in 2 bathrooms, installed coax cable plates, adjusted water pressure, installed water softener salt overflow line, installed return air grill covers, repaired kitchen cabinet handles and hinges, find and marked wet bar drain line.

Description of Work: Andy reworked both the front and back yard on our rental so they would be easier for tenants to maintain. The yard was weeded and old plants were removed, stepping stones were gathered up and laid down in a side yard. Then Andy chose plants that would be easy for tenants to care for and he laid down sod in places where we decided that I know longer wanted gardens. He also repaired the sprinkler system. Work was done in a timely manner and looked great when he finished.
