Windows looked great!

He was very polite, he cleaned up any mess he made, very friendly and outgoing. He was quick and did a thorough job inside and out. He was very professional, and great mannerism.

Fish Window cleaning was the only HomeAdvisor Pro who actually called me. They were out the same day to give me a price. I scheduled them to come out shortly after. On the day they came out to do the job I was impressed at first. Until I inspected my windows after the job was done. I found one window that had not even been touched and all of the backyard windows had been cleaned, kind of. But I could have done a better job myself and they were still dirty. I also found mud that was brought into my house by the cleaner. I called Fish and they sent the same guy back (explaining to me that he was new) and a supervisor. They corrected the problems and cleaned the windows right this time. However, their attempt to clean the mud was done with a rubber glove. Obviously that just spread the dirt around and made it worse. Plus it scratched the paint on my wall. I took photographs of the damage to show the owner. Plus he tracked dirt and leaves in under the window and left that mess on my carpet. I also had to pick up a rag left on the lawn in my backyard. When I called the owner back he was apologetic and responsive. He even offered to come out and clean the wall himself. I just cleaned it myself, but the wall will need some minor repairs. He took $45 off the initial cost estimate that he gave me to compensate me for the issues. I like that the owner took responsibility and tried to make things right. But I can not give a five star review because of the disrespect for my home that the employee showed. The only reason I am giving a 3 star review is because of the owners attempt to make things right. But I probably will not be a repeat customer.

Came out quickly and on time. Did a really good job cleaning my windows. I was not able to get them clean myself and he took care of it right away and they look beautiful. Price was great.

Just Excellent. Downspouts and gutters were a mess! Becky got everything working. I am having her do the windows next. I have already referred them to a neighbor. I am absolutely going to use them again and again. They were here on time and stayed for 5 hours plus. Like I said, my rain gutters were a mess and I hadn't had them cleaned in over 5 years, never had I had them cleaned professionally because I didn't know who to get and didn't have money to spend on a professional (until I got desperate). Fish was very reasonable in price and I have so many pine needles in my gutters that they were clogging every downspout as well. I can't say enough good about this company and their work ethics and the good people who work for them. HIRE THEM!!!
