Description of Work: We had a front walkway and steps torn out and replaced due to significant cracking/settling. Dirty Boys did the work. The end product looks pretty good although the steps and border around the stamped concrete are much rougher than we've ever had/seen and the color on the stamped concrete area is not uniform. There are now hairline cracks in the new cement that we are hoping do not manifest into larger ones or this work would've been money wasted.

Hey [Member name removed], first we would like to thank you for your business. I would like to inform you that if there are color variations in the stamped concrete would be incredibly unusual but we can fix that if you'd like us to take a look. As for the hair line cracks they aren't actually cracks they are called " shrinkage cracks" which are cosmetic and generally always happen in concrete but aren't seen unless the concrete has been sealed. These will not open and we warranty our work anyway so you don't need to be concerned.

Description of Work: Dustin was very responsive and came out and bid the job. He was very helpful and gave very good info. I wasn't able to take the bid this time but may have them do it later when circumstances permit.

Description of Work: Slow in calling back. Could not get them to come out and orifice an estimate. Company willing to do work, but wanted to create their charges after the work was done.

Hello [Member name removed], I would like to first thank you for your interest. I would like clear up any misunderstandings there might have been. We generally receive around 30 to 50 estimates a day so this has made it impossible to come out and look at every job. So in order to keep up with the demand we have ask people to get measurements and a description of the job to give them an estimate that way we don't pick and choose which jobs to bid we can give everyone an estimate. We never start a job with out a signed estimate and contract so we would never ask you to allow us to do the work then give you a price. We have a estimating program that every single job we do goes through first so there is no way for us to even start a job with out an estimate being generated and signed first.
