We set date after date after date. I would ask if he was on his way and he would say yes and then never come. I have now paid him thousands of dollars and he has never showed up. I have asked for my money back and I have not gotten anything back. Do not use this guy. He is a scammer. He will give you the lowest bid and once he gets all of your money, he will never do the job.
