We answer our phones live- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year- and use no dispatch service. Typically a technician responds to your emergency in less than an hour. Each appointment is scheduled to an exact time-no windows. Anchor Water Damage and Restoration has an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We guarantee our technicians are the best in the state of Utah. Our technicians are certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration known as the IICRC, to handle all of the premier services we offer. Once certified, each technician continues his or her education through on-going industry and company training. Our technicians are drug-free and criminal-record free. Each is an employee of Anchor Restoration, and we use no temp-agencies. You can trust our technicians when you allow them into your home. Description of Work: Cleaned carpets and back patio. They did a great job with their steam extraction system. My mom comes over often and has bad asthma and they are the only company where she can breath better after they clean. Other companies sometimes leave a perfume or soap residue that makes her asthma worse. Not Anchor Restoration-everything smells clean when they are done-even if you get down to the floor level to smell the carpet! They do a great job and are thorough.
