I bought a Daily Deal for a Full Garage Door Tune up. Called and scheduled an appointment and they never showed up in the 2 hour window or called. I called and the woman, Diane, seemed surprised they hadn't shown up and then said she didn't have me down for an appointment. After a few minutes of reminding her about our conversation, she agreed she remembered and had simply dropped the ball. I rescheduled for two days later and 5 minutes before the 2 hour window was up I received a call from the serviceman and he said "I'm simply not going to get to you today". After 4 hours of waiting and no service, I called and asked for my money back. Diane said that just couldn't happen I would have to reschedule. I threatened to go to the BBB, Get Gephart and anyone else I could think of and then she said she'd get back to me. She called back and said I would have to get my own money back from Daily Deals. I checked with Daily Deals and they only allow you a refund if requested within 5 days of purchasing the deal. I called back and told Diane about the 5 days and she said "You're kidding me." I told her I didn't want anyone from their company touching the garage doors for fear the service was as bad as the customer service and she simply continued to disparage the employees and say the owner wasn't happy with them. This business is NOT professional or responsive.
