No more leaking.
Description of Work: Our refrigerator was leaking water onto the floor periodically. Bryce looked into the bottom of freezer compartment, found a lot of ice and knew what the problem was, a clogged line from the "defroster unit", probably just ice. Said he could just thaw it and it would be ok at least for a while or for another $50-$60 put in a warming "probe" so it wouldn't recur. I had him do that. He was out the door in 30-40 min.

He was excellent. He was on time; he was very nice and informative. He had to order the part and he came right back and put it in and he was great. I will call him back again.
Description of Work: I used Aarons Home Appliance to repair my microwave and it needed a whole new transformer.

During the time I spend with Mike in the morning I found him to be abrasive and condesending toward me. I felt maybe I was a little over sensitive to the situation and decided to leave it alone. I work the graves shift and at times don't get enough sleep. When I got up my daughter was livid beyond belief. She explained to me her encounter with Mike and how he had treated her when he returned. She did tell me that his customer service was nothing short of rude and condesending toward her. I won't go into her incident at this time. She's not here to relate the information accurately. If requested, I'll make sure it's added. My daughter handed me the reciept. With my experience with Mike earlier that morning and what my daughter had related of her encounter the oven instructions didn't come across very well. In the upper oven, turn the item half way thru baking. As for his other priceless advise, in the lower oven, I should preheat the oven 20 minutes be for using. The reciept is available upon request. After reviewing all the information, I contacted Aaron's and asked for the Manager. I explained to him what happened and how his customer service came across. I was met with nothing but excuses for Mike. Was the oven fixed? Yes it was. Was the tech on time? Yes he was. Was I happy with the experience? Not in the least! Would I ever use this business again? Not even if the service was free!
Description of Work: Re:Jenn-Air oven. It contains two seperate ovens in the unit. When the Tech (Mike) arrived, I explained the problem with the lower convection oven, the heating element had snapped in half. I had also asked about the upper ovens problem, It wasn't baked evenly. I would like to have that looked into also. I don't remember him addressing that issue till later in the day. Mike told me he didn't have the part with him. he would be back later in the day to replace it. He was back in the area of time he indicated and replaced the part.

I called my home warranty and they send out a form to the company and they call me to do the service scheduling. Aaron's called my number I gave them and included the area code for them and when they called they did not dial the area code with my phone number and so they never connected with me until Tuesday and at that point I had already taken care of the repair with another company.
Description of Work: I called them to repair an appliance, my refrigerator.

I called the technician and he came out the next day. That was acceptable. He spent about twenty minutes unthawing the freezer part of the refrigerator and the freezer started working again. I thought he knew what he was doing and the price was right.
Description of Work: A technician came out to fix my refrigerator. He unthawed the freezer and it started working again.
