The overall experience with the team from Timeless Builders was very professional and very knowledgeable and took time to explain things to us in lament terms that we would understand. Kelly was very friendly and was able to do a quick diagnosis which saved us a lot of money.

It is always risky working with smaller contractors, you never know what you are going to get. B and B comfort did well, and though there were many hiccups and mistakes along the way, they took ownership of it and made it right. We're very happy with their quality of work and the cost.
