 + -1 moreI had a warranty issue on a brand new furnace I had and the person that put in the furnace got sick and quit doing the work, so I hired Alpha Mechanical. After he came and fixed the furnace in October or November, I had to call him seven or eight times to bring the part to me, and it wasn't until March that he finally got it to me. I thought it was under warranty but he charged me for it and then he told me that I was lucky he would come all the way, it was just fifteen miles away. His professionalism was not good. He did come out and fix my furnace right away when it went out, so I had heat, because it was cold, so he did do that but to get my part to me required begging. I would not use him again.
Description of Work: My furnace went out and I used Alpha Mechanical to fix it, in the winter. He then came back with a part that needed to be replaced.

Description of Work: We called and asked what his charge was for a service call. The person was rude and stated that he didn't have time to waste talking with us and to call someone else because he is too busy. Well, do I feel bad for those that he is so busy seeing. I would never recommend using someone who treats his customers like that and thinks he is above telling someone what his charges are. Looks like someone could benefit from a Business 101 class on customer skills!
