Richard was very prompt to respond to my need for critter guards to be placed around my solar arrays on a challenging roof slant. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was able to install and complete the work quickly and went above and beyond. Now, I don't have any squirrel worries and we prevented any possible damage to my system. He even made suggestions to upgrade hardware for future access and prevent the critter from coming back, and wanted the critter guard to blend in. His bid was competitive.

Richard Palomino is the owner of this new business and does all the work. He has years of experience, training and certification in solar working for companies in AZ, CA and UT. He is now running his own business. It was tough to fine a company that would do diagnostic and repair of my 8 year old system. But Richard came out within a week and discovered what my initial installer had failed to install (internet connection) and set that up. He then was able to determine that the inverter had failed, that it was under warranty, and then ordered and installed the new unit. He worked hard, was great in explaining the process and educating me on my system (which the original installer had not done). His fee seemed reasonable to me and he was great to wirk with. I highly recommend Richard.
