I am dedicated to designing beautiful homes with character using enduring design concepts...whether your project is a small remodel or a large custom home. I have one of the best rates in the industry because I do not employ staff and I work from home. I am an artist and designer with extensive experience. I use the latest in 3D modeling software which allows you to virtually view every aspect of your home before building it. My house plan design service includes space planning, home design, and construction sheets. Add on my material selection service to ensure a beautiful final result!

We had a difficult project adjusting home plans to fit on a steep side of a mountain in Park City, Utah. We also added a garage, a bathroom, a fireplace, a spa room, an extra closet, and a covered entryway to the existing plans. Tanya was extremely patient with us as we went back and forth with what we wanted. She also suggested some great ideas that we incorporated. Everything was done in a timely manner with a lot of professionalism. The price was reasonable and less expensive than an architect for the same service. Highly Recommend!
