Refrigerator repaired (fan specifically).

A freezer fan was replaced. Took longer than expected. Important as it was a freezer.

Set-up appointment, the earliest they could come was 5 days out. I scheduled the service and they said they would call the day before with a time. They called and left message and asked my to call back to confirm the 3hour window would work. I called back, no answer so i left a message stating that I would be home between those times. On the scheduled day, serviceman calls while i am bringing in bags from car, I didn't answer. I didn't see missed call for about 1/2 hour, I immediately call back the number the message told me to call. I try 3 times, no answer. I text, no response. I then call office, where they proceed to tell me it is policy that the person has to answer phone when they call. No one every told me that, and i have had carpet cleaners and handy men call before they come but if i don't answer they come anyway. The receptionist was rude and just kept saying it is policy you will need to reschedule. This is a Friday afternoon so i now have to go another week. Not a good policy, especially if they don't inform you of the policy. They should at least answer the return call, if you call them back. I will not use them EVER

They didn't have to repair anything. My dishwasher was too far gone, so I just ended up replacing it. He said my stove didn't need to be fixed. It eneded up needing to. The previous job was done a long time ago and was excellent.

Very pleasant and went right to work. Had to disassemble washer to get to problem. Was efficient and did clean up after. Wished he would have had his own water/debris clean catch bucket as considerable water and line clog material ended up on floor. Fortunately we have tile floor so no problem, but any other floor material may have been stained/damaged. Overall very good job. Definitely will use them again if appliance problems arise. Just a little pricey, but what isn't these days.

He was on time and had the parts in his truck, his estimated price was the same and the repair worked.

Called and left voice mail for dishwasher service. Did not hear back.

We have used Roger at Aaron's Home Appliance for over five years. He ia always on time, polite, and detailed in his diagnosis and repair advice. Today our refrigerator needed repair because it was not cooling. He diagnosed the problem, told me what was needed, and did a temporary fix so that it would keep the food cold until next week when the part will arrive. Roger also looked at our washing machine which was leaking, and he found out that repairing it would be too costly. He recommended getting a new washing machine, and told us, in his opinion, the best brand to purchase.. Roger is very neat and clean in both his appearance and his work. He is always concerned about any soiling of floors or other items. I highly recommend Roger at Aaron's Home Applicance.

Fantastic. He arrived on time to the appointment, diagnosed the problems immediately, rapaired the washer on the spot, ordered parts over the internet for the ice maker, returned a week later to install those parts. Everything works great now. He even told us that a possible problem with the clothes dryer was probably just due to the washing machine problem -- which turned out to the true, thus saving us some money on that diagnosis. I wish this guy was my brother-in-law.

I called late in the day, so I was surprised that they came over on the same day. They had the washer repaired and it's been working well ever since.

The company did excellent job. He finished the work very quickly too. The prices quoted were lower then other companies.

They came to my home when they said they would. Aarons fixed the problem right away, and I have had no issues since. I appreciated the fact they were very polite and professional during the whole process.

They did a wonderful job! The technicians were wonderful. I would definitely hire them again! It was a good price and they were not late for the appointment.
