I first hired them to clean the nasty, dirty carpet at our new house. They were able to do it that day and did a wonderful job, the carpets looked and smelled great. I then was informed that they feel clean houses so I then hired them for that too. They cleaned places I would never have thought about and hauled away lots of junk that was left in the house we didn't want. Would definitely hire them again.

Arrived at the scheduled time, Took a while to set up but when he did, he was up against a tough job. Old shag carpet, cats, and very soiled. The work took a while because of blacktop residue that had to be removed. Came out very well. We will be using Big West form now on.

These folks were promt, did a good job, explained what they were doing and got out ground-in dirt, oil, and other filth that had been in our couches for years. I called them in desperation as I had attempted to cleam the couches myslef - three times, with very poor results. These folks celaned them up 100%

Big West employees Kelly and Wally arrived promptly, helped me solve pet urine problems and moved furniture out of the way as necessary. They did not use too much water and the carpet dried quickly with all odor gone. I am very satisfied with their work.
