We are out of thousands and thousands of dollars (pursuing legal action) because @Shaun Lynch, @Xiphos Inc., and @General Builder License # 10348455-5501 walked away from our project after stopping work for over a month. @Shaun Lynch, @Xiphos Inc., and @General Builder License # 10348455-5501 stopped returning phone calls, emails, and text messages – so with no way to move our project forward, we were forced to exercise our right to terminate our relationship per the terms of our contract. We are now left with a 4-foot dropoff outside of our backdoor created by digging a hole for footings. Our backyard is littered with the tons of broken-up concrete and other materials from his demolition – work all done without securing a construction permit. @Shaun Lynch, @Xiphos Inc., and @General Builder License # 10348455-5501 abandoned the project and left us with a sprinkler system that is unusable because he tore through our water pipes, electrical wiring, and opened-up large gaps in our fencing which prevents us from putting our dogs in the backyard. Finally, and most disturbing, we were given answers to questions that we have discovered were not truthful. In summary, our experience with @Shaun Lynch, @Xiphos Inc., and @General Builder License # 10348455-5501 is he does not tell the truth, he takes your money and runs, and simply stops communicating leaving you with no options. Hopefully our experience will help inform and guide your decision whether to go forward. We strongly recommend that you do not work with @Shaun Lynch, @Xiphos Inc., and @General Builder License # 10348455-5501.

I would NOT recommend this company. I called several other stucco companies, but they were all very busy - at least 1 month out. This company was available within a couple days. Let's just say I had to pay another Stucco company to come out and fix Xiphos work.

He did a very efficient job with the stucco, matching the color and texture to the rest of house.
