Very well--were early to the appointment and took care of everything.
Description of Work: They cleaned the interior and exterior windows on our rambler style home (2-level). There was a first set of techs that came out Wednesday, and didn't do 100% on all the windows, and then Johnny and Kirk came out on Friday and made everything perfect. Even chased my dog down the street when she got out of the house accidentally. Definitely a professional organization and good group of people. Responsive when satisfaction wasn't quite there and did a great job.

Great. On 'egged' issue, they came out same day as its a rental property and were able to have it looking good for a showing.

Not good, I'm kind of old school and when you make a deal you stick to it. When I heard "do you have it in writing I knew I was in trouble" End of Story
Description of Work: I had an estimator come to my house and give me a quote on blind and window cleaning. I thought the quote was a little high and asked why. The estimator explained that the windows had hard water spots and construction spots which required extra work.Sounded very reasonable to me and we agreed on the price. On the day of the service their office called and decided it was going to cost an extra $187 (18% increase). When I questioned why, they explained there were hard water spots on window which required extra work. I told them I had discussed this with the original estimator. She said do you have it in writing. By that time I had heard enough. It appeared they were trying to jam me on the day of service for extra money. I don't usually take the time to write a review but something is not right with this company. Watch out!

There was clearly a misunderstanding with this customer and for that we bear responsibility. We try to clarify the costs and scope of service prior to undertaking every job to avoid surprises. We do this specifically to address misunderstandings before a project starts instead of afterward. Unfortunately, when reviewing expectations with this customer prior to starting work, we came to an impasse so we did not proceed with the work. Since one of Window Bright's values is to not accept payment before the job has been completed and our customers are completely satisfied, the customer's money was never at risk.

Nate arrived promptly on time as scheduled. After assessing the windows on the main floor and basement, he got promptly to work. These windows have not been cleaned in a long time, and Nate spent 3 + hours cleaning them (and the sills and tracks) very thoroughly. He left no messes behind and was very professional as well as personable. I would highly recommend this company if you want your windows expertly and thoroughly cleaned. Window Bright Window & Blind Cleaning earns an A+ from me!

Went very well. Extremely fast in responding to my original request on Angie's List. Was able to have them come out 2 days later to clean my blinds. I was told they would be here 8-8:30 and he was here at 8:15. Very friendly professional who immediately put booties on before entering my home. He checked all blinds before removing them to make sure they were all the same. Removed blinds from all rooms (my living room area has 18 ft ceilings) and cleaned them. These blinds were 7 years old and had never been clean. Rehung all the blinds that looked good as new.

Description of Work: Blinds look great! Practically new. This is a great service. They take down blinds, take out to truck to clean, and bring them back and hang. We had 14 blinds done in about 2 hours. Could never do this good of a job ourselves, and the time it saved was tremendous. | |Very professional and customer service oriented. Will definitely be using this service again.

The cleaning was mostly good, but the worker put a hole in my front awning...he did try to repair it himself, but that made it worse according to Sugarhouse Awjning who would do the repair. I was told about the hole by the company which was better than my discovering it, but they said they would pay 75% of the repair. A few days later, the owner came by to redo some of the things that weren't done so well by the workers, and he said that they would cover 100% of the charge of the repair of the awning. He was very nice and professional, and as a result I will continue to use the company in the future for how they handled the redo of the job and the paying for the damage of the awning. I was impressed.

Excellent! Both Jeff and Dave showed up on time ready to work. They walked through the house with me to confirm what I wanted done. They took down all my blinds and cleaned them on location so I didn't have to go without window coverings for weeks. They removed all the screens and cleaned and repaired them. Cleaned all the windows in the house inside and out. Replaced the screens and the blinds. Nice Job!

I am a shift worker so having someone show up when they say they are going to show up is essential for me to get back to bed and be rested for work. They arrived on time. Introduced themselves. All 3 men were clean, healthy and friendly. They were able to work around some furniture I couldn't move which I appreciated. They were quick, efficient and meticulous. I have never seen my windows look so crystal clear. I was able to make a payment over the phone which was also convenient for me. Window Bright has a couple of service programs that I may go ahead and enroll and not worry about when to schedule them to come out next. Very nice scheduler on the phone, very nice business person who took my payment and great guys who completed the work in a timely manner. They will be welcomed back any time!
Description of Work: Cleaned all windows inside and out. I could have received an in person estimate but chose a over the phone estimate. I forgot about the windows on my front door and garage door - they cleaned them too!
