I was extremely pleased with my experience with Wasatch Cleaners. I just purchased a new home, and after doing some research and getting other bids, I decided to use them to steam clean the carpeted areas. Their $99 deal was literally about a third of what another company was going to charge, and even with some slight modifications to the deal (I didn't have any carpeted hallways, but they were willing to sub my carpeted family room instead), they didn't increase the cost. The carpets looked fantastic afterward, and they even got out some grease stains on the stairs. They dried quickly too, definitely within the 24 hour mark (I wasn't back soon enough to gauge exactly how quickly, but we didn't open windows or use fans or anything). You have to expect that if doing steam cleaning it will take longer to dry than other methods, but the cleaning is, in my opinion, the most effective. The tech who came was very polite and did a great job. Great results for an amazing price. Can't ask for more. Would definitely recommend/use again!

While I liked how well they cleaned my berber carpet, I probably will not use them again except when it is warm and dry outside so that I can open my windows and doors for the carpet drying process. Wasatch cleaners was able to schedule me for carpet cleaning within a few days of calling and offered the following services for a price special of $99. The cleaner was prompt, arriving at the scheduled time, and cleaned carpet in 5 rooms, 2 hallways, and a set of stairs using a rotovac carpet cleaner. Other than a mild spray on cleaning solution, no chemicals were used to clean the carpet. He was professional, quick in his work, and used corner guards to protect my walls from the water and vacuum hoses to the carpet cleaning machine. I especially liked how clean the machine got the berber carpet in the hallway, with all traffic pattern stains thoroughly removed. He was also very thorough in cleaning the stairway carpet. When finished, he said that the carpet should be dry in 3 to 5 hours. However, parts of the carpet were still damp 24 hours later and I had to open my windows and doors to lower the humidity in the house so that the carpets would eventually dry. The rotovac machine apparently got the carpet too wet and I was very disappointed in the amount of time needed for the carpet to dry, especially given the cooler temperatures the days following the cleaning. Therefore, the quality and overall ratings were lowered.
