Description of Work: I was very impressed with this company. I had a bowed sewer pipe underneath my basement which was prone to clogging. They diagnosed it with a video snake and showed me the results. They refused to do what they considered unnecessary work which another bidder recommended to be done. They had to dig up the concrete, replace the pipe, and pour new concrete. Their crew was efficient, polite, and hard workers. I am very pleased and recommend them heartily. I decline to disclose the cost but it was reasonable.

Description of Work: Checked why my water heater wasn't heating just after I moved in. They advised me on the issue (Questar gas issue), and pointed me in the right direction. They were super fast to respond, and super friendly. Definitely use these guys!

Description of Work: We tried to fix a dripping shower and ended up making it worse. So much worse that we had to turn off the water. Valley Plumbing was able to get a plumber out within an hour of our call. He fixed the problem and showed us what we did wrong. The charge was a little pricey for what he did, but we were able to get the water back on which was our main concern.

+ 0 moreThe male that answered the phone was very professional and nice. My water heater was failing with family coming in town the next day! He was able to get the technicians out to my house very quickly to asses the water heater. They were able to replace my water heater within a couple of hours! They were very clean in their work making sure to clean up after themselves and to not track any dirt across my carpets! They were trustworthy and didn't mind my 4 and 2 year old asking questions and being tag-a-longs! They did a home inspection with my permission to make sure all other plumbing was in good working order. I will be calling them back for any other plumbing problems that may occur in the future. Its nice to have trust worthy, professional, friendly service especially these days!
Description of Work: They removed my 40 gallon gas water heater that was failing and replaced it with a 50 gallon gas water heater with an expansion tank. They did a free home inspection to make sure all other plumbing was in good working order.

Description of Work: The outside faucet they installed in July was faulty and leaked when I used it last week. I notified them Monday (Feb. 27) and they replaced the faucet today Wednesday (Feb. 29) and at no additional cost to me. Superior punctuality and quick replacement of faucet was impressive. Thank you!!
