Cam came by our home to look at the coax cable that was left on the ground from the rain gutter installation we had earlier in the week - He was honest in telling us that the coax cable was not hooked up to anything and was not needed - Thank you for taking the time & being honest Cam

Good work

The home I bought in Sandy, UT needed a whole new electrical panel, according to the inspector's report. TOR gave me an estimate, which seemed reasonable, I accepted the estimate, and work was scheduled. The office staff made arrangements with the power company and the city for power to the house to be off for the day so the work could be done. Four professional, friendly TOR employees arrived and began their work on time. They seemed to work well together as a team and all seemed fully competent and well trained. They had the inspector come after they had removed the old panel and had started installing the new panel. The inspector did his work, chatted with the TOR guys for a few minutes, then gave his okay and left. The TOR guys finished their work on the panel, then inspected inside the house to be sure all of the outlets were correct - all had covers, all near sinks had "safety" outlets, etc. They took care of everything on the checklist. After all the work was completed, the inspector returned to give final approval and the power was turned back on. The whole project took about 6-7 hours. TOR went above and beyond, when I requested they add a hot tub hookup. Everyone I came in contact with from TOR did a great job, from office staff to the guy checking the electric outlets. They were professional and helpful, answering all my questions. They charged me the exact amount of the original estimate. I'm very happy with the work they did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for any residential electrical services. Great job!

I feel like recently it's so hard to find people who actually respond to your messages, let alone show up on time and provide great service. TOR Electric is one such company. In fact they went above and beyond what they quoted. We highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again. Thank you!

Told me how to fix it and said he would come back at no cost to me to fix it if I wasn't able to. It was fairly easy to fix myself.

I would give these guys at least 6+ stars if possible. I connected with Tor Electric through Home Advisor. They installed multiple switches, a Nest outdoor camera, and an outdoor outlet. The last 2 we're at my roofline, requiring Tor to crawl through my attic. Tor & Cam did such a great job! They didn't leave until the camera was adjusted correctly and I was completely satisfied with their full installation. They were very helpful, professional, and unlike most electricians I have dealt with before. I asked them to replace a 3-way switch with one I handed them. As it turns out, the switches did NOT need replacing. Most electricians I've dealt with before, would replace them anyway and come back and say it's done, because that's what I asked for. Cam came back and said replacement was not needed and explained. Saved me $ and time. So, a big THANK YOU!! Absolutely recommend this company. I'm about to have some appliances replaced. They said they can do it. I won't even consider any one else!
