We contacted them, they came over and then a few weeks later they had a bid for us. We accepted the bid and scheduled for the start. We did have to wait as they were booked up, the wait was well worth it. They started with installation of the back splash in the kitchen, that took about 3 days to finish completely. They moved a light switch from the outside of the master closet to the inside for better functionality. They installed a second electrical outlet in our master bathroom that come with only one. We wanted a dog door installed they helped us figure out the best placement and they picked out the right type of dog door that is the right size as well as one that keeps the cold air out and hot air in when not in use. It was installed in the laundry room and they completed it by adding a frame around the outside of the dog door for additional insulation. We purchased a storm door that they installed. The big project was the installation of a half wall with an archway walk through to provide some privacy between the living room and front bathroom & bedrooms. It also created a private seating area. This wall looks like it came with the original construction of the home. They painted the areas needing painting and the new wall. All the projects were completed with professionalism and diligently. It is apparent that the owner who did most of the work, is very meticulous of his work. We are very happy with all the work, the pricing and final outcome. We will definitely bring him back for future work and refer Top To Bottom to others looking for these type of services.

I needed my back door exterior stairs replaced. Don Marion, owner and repairman, gave me a free estimate of the work to be done. His prices are very reasonable for materials as he finds his clients the best materials for the best price. His hourly wages are quite reasonable also. His is punctual, and accurate in the assessment of the needs and requirements for the project. He works diligently with excellent workmanship. He also lets his client know if there needs to be any change due to unexpected problems, e.g. my house was to have four steps replaced, however, it is an old house and the four step risers that are made now did not fit--so Mr. Marion exchanged the four step risers for five step risers, adapted them to fit beautifully for entry and exit of my back door with a great railing for the stairs. He hauled away the old and scrap lumber, screws, etc. even sweeping up the saw dust. A beautiful job, done with very fine materials, very reasonable price and a very timely manner. I am greatly pleased with Mr. Marion's work and will hire him for all my handyman home repairs in the future.
