We love our new windows! My husband had to convince me because I didn't think the old ones were too bad, but what a difference it made! It's so quiet and I can already tell we will be saving a lot on heat and a.c. It's nice to get the rebate too. Bo, our salesman, was great! No pressure, just there to inform us and give us a very competitive bid. He was great to check back with us and keep us informed during the process. The installers were top notch! I couldn't believe how it looked like the new windows had always been there with no changes to our windowsills or openings. They cleaned everything as they went and did an excellent job. I'm happy to have the lifetime warranty, but don't think I'll ever have to use it because I can tell these windows are high quality. We got 24 triple pane windows and I love all the cool things about how they open and make it easy to clean and slide either way we need. I'm sure they will increase the value of our home someday when we decide to sell, but glad we get to enjoy them now. I highly recommend working with Synergy if you need window replacements!

I have mixed feelings about this company. We recently signed up with them to install ~50 new windows, spending a significant amount of money. I think they provide a good product for the most part, but it is too early for me to tell definitively. The windows seem to be well made, and they look nice. I am yet to determine whether or not they make a significant difference in efficiency. I expect them to, as we are replacing original windows that are about 24 years old. The installers did a good job. There are a few things I am not very happy with. First, several of our new windows now have much less glass, making them significantly smaller. These are transom type windows above our main windows. The glass part of our windows is less than half our older windows. I will try to post a picture showing the difference. This was very different than our expectations. Second, they were unable to install all of our windows because some of them did not fit. This was 3 months after waiting for our windows to be made. The ones that didn’t fit happened to be 2 of the 3 large windows right above our front door, front and center of our house... so very noticeable. I can understand that there was a mistake, which I can deal with. The frustrating part was their response. I expected them to make us a priority and remake these windows relatively quickly. Instead, they basically told us they have no idea when the windows will be finished but that it would probably be several more months. And finally - communication. Other than the sales rep we signed up with, the communication from this company has been very poor. It wasn’t communicated to us regarding the difference in window size referred to above. Further, our sales rep put us in touch with his supervisor to address our issues. He has been very unresponsive. After leaving 2 voicemails, I finally contacted our sales rep again, who said he would have his supervisor call us. When we finally spoke, the supervisor asked me to send pictures. I sent him pictures as soon as we hung up, followed up a week later, then followed up again another week later, and still haven’t heard a thing. If you can’t do anything to address these issues than so be it, but at least give me the courtesy of responding. And after a month, we still have no idea when our missing windows will be completed and installed, or anything about the status. After spending A LOT of money and being really patient, I would have expected more communication and much better service from this company.

They say it’s all about timing .... I knew I needed new windows; they were old aluminum, inefficient and unsightly. When I came across Synergy Windows I jumped and have already observed a noticeable difference in room temperature/efficiency and neighbors have commented on how great they look. If you’re in the market, I fully recommend. They were in and out in 1 day.

Synergy Windows approached us because we had windows that were still the original stock windows when the home was built in 2012. They were really sub-par windows, and Synergy Windows gave us a great deal on replacing them. We met with one of their salesmen, Kyle. We were very impressed with him. He was very nice, and we didn't feel pressured into anything, and he let us make the decision without pressuring us. About a month after our initial meeting with the Kyle, the workers from a different company (Tates Construction, through Alside, according to the contract) came and installed the windows. They arrived at around 10:30am or so on the day of the install and they finished around 5:45pm. The window install went really smoothly, and the workers were nice. Overall, they installed 10 windows (4 large, 4 medium, and 2 small windows). The windows are a very good quality, and they are significantly better than our previous windows. However, they damaged the paint next to the windows in two rooms. I didn't noticed until they had left. In the one room, it's no big deal, because we have the paint used for that room. However, we have no idea what the paint color is in the other room. This whole install was just shy of a month ago. Shortly after, I contacted Synergy windows about the damage to the paint/wall (so, about 2 weeks ago) after they asked me for a review. They asked for picture of the damage, and I sent it. I haven't heard back from them. We received a new utilities bill this month, and compared to last month, it went down by just under $30. Overall, it was a good experience, with a couple of problems.

Synergy windows made the entire window installation simple. The salesman Bo was amazing from beginning to end. The installation crew with Jakes team was friendly, efficient, and just completely ROCKED it. We love the look of our new windows and look forward to all the savings on our future power bills.

I have had a great experience with Synergy Windows! Everyone from the sales people, to the finance department, to the measuring crew, to the designers, installers and follow up team have been fantastic to work with. I am also more than happy with the product. I can already tell that the air temperature inside my home is being better controlled due to the more efficient windows. I am also really happy with the design team. I did not find the exact window grid style that I hoped for with my home, but after one quick message to Synergy, their design team texted me a sample of exactly what I was hoping for. It was impressive and there was no extra charge for what could have been considered a custom design. Again, I'm really thrilled and would recommend Synergy Windows to anyone.

They replaced a leaking door, contractor grade windows in 2 days. They patched and cleaned up the inevitable small cracks or holes from construction and were respectful in keeping my home as clean as possible. This product is great, I can barely feel the winter cold on the inside of the glass and they are absolutely the easiest windows to clean, have sliding screens so I dont have to remove them for cleaning. Love these windows

We had 14 windows and 1 sliding door replaced, they showed up on September 20th at 9am and was done by 1230pm. So fast and extremely professional. They cleaned up and it appeared like no one had even been in the house working. We have these wonderful new windows. It makes the view so much better. During this wonderful experience there were a couple of issues that were immediately taken care of. They are highly competent, professional and customer service experts. We feel they went above and beyond. I will use them again!!!!

Service and installation was amazing

They were very helpful with the rebate application process. The were always so friendly and quick to provide me with all the extra documentation the power company was asking for. Installers were very friendly and professional. I called to have a screen repaired and they were very quick to respond and repair it.

It went well... had a few issues with sizing but that was fixed quick! Would not go with another option these guys were geart!

The installers were beyond awesome! They showed up on time both days, and cleaned up really well after themselves. They were very polite and respectful toward both my husband and myself. I can’t say enough good about them.

Synergy Windows did a great job. Our windows came in ahead of schedule and they were able to install them right away. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to install the windows. We have a sunroom that has settled and needed some new windows to keep it better insulated. The installers did great fitting the new windows in. I was so impressed with how much different the room looks and feels with the new windows installed. It was a great choice to have the new windows put in.

We love the windows. They are triple pane, UV blocking, easy to clean, and have GREATLY reduced outdoor noises. We had some slight installation issues, but the installers were very nice and respectful. It was snowy and the ground was snow covered, so we ended up with a lot of glass shards and debris on the ground under most windows. Just remember to ask them to lay tarps under the windows outside to collect any broken glass and old metal fasteners.

Great! We love our new windows. Not only do they give our home excellent curb appeal, but we feel the difference they provide keeping the home nice and comfortable each season. The installation was faster than expected and the installers were great answering our questions and cleaning up after themselves.

We came into contact with Synergy Windows with a visit of a door to door salesman by the name of Bo. We set up a meeting with him where he could tell us more about these windows. Bo was on time to the next meeting and he was very knowledgeable in his products. After seeing the quality of the windows we decided to replace our 18 year old "contractor grade" windows. The installe guys were great to work with. They were on time to all the appointments they made and very professional. We were installing in late January which was cold and after a few snow & wind storms they were able to finish the job! What a difference these windows have made! The ease of opening and closing is a night and day difference! Cleaning them is much safer than leaning out the old windows and hanging on to clean them. We don't hear the neighbors dogs anymore either. Very satisfied with all the folks st Synergy Windows and would recommend them to anybody who is looking at replacing their windows! Thanks

Synergy Windows is a great company!! They were very professional throughout the whole process. We love our new windows...the look, the energy efficiency of them and the functionality of the windows. They also replaced our back door with a sliding glass door. Love it and it is so much nicer and easier for our kids to get in and out of. One week after install we noticed a crack in our main front window. I immediately called to let them know. And within 2 weeks someone was at our house to replace the broken glass....FREE of charge!!
